Located in Spokane, Washington. For eight years Ballard Meadows has been a perfect venue for couples who want that forest or garden aesthetic for their big day. This intimate setting will serve as a romantic backdrop for your special day.
Facilities and Capacity
Situated five minutes from Spokane, this charming event center is available for use for all kinds of events including ceremonies, receptions, showers, memorials, and corporate events. There are both indoor and outdoor spaces to utilize here, ensuring that your wedding will flow seamlessly through the property. The principal ceremony site is outdoors in the clover lawn. Meadow Hall is perfect for a reception and can host up to 120 guests when combined with the pavilion. The maximum guest capacity for the entire venue is 150 people. There are also two get-ready suites (The Cottage and The Cabin) available for use, for ultimate convenience.

The team at Ballard Meadows will be on hand to ensure that events held here run as smoothly as possible. They can offer multiple packages to couples, depending on whether it is in-season or off-season and the number of guests in attendance. These packages include amenities such as tables, chairs, linens, a PA system, and a wireless microphone. They also have a list of preferred vendors that they would be happy to share with nearlyweds, with many options for photographers, DJS, caterers, and hair and makeup artists.
