Hiring Somer Events was, without a doubt, the best decision we made for our wedding. They seamlessly managed two of the most critical roles—Floral Design and Day-of Coordination—and exceeded every single expectation, earning every one of these five stars. The flowers were absolutely spectacular. We were consistently impressed with the quality, color palette, and artistry of every arrangement. The bridal bouquet was magnificent and exactly what we had dreamed of, and the boutonnieres were sophisticated and perfectly crafted. Somer Events took our vision and transformed it into breathtaking reality, making our entire venue feel like a rustic, romantic, fall wedding. Beyond the beautiful design work, the coordination handled by the team was flawless. They were proactive, incredibly organized, calm under pressure, and ensured every timeline detail ran smoothly. Katelyn managed all the vendors and logistics, allowing us to be completely present and stress-free on our wedding day. They truly took the pressure off. Somer Events is the ultimate package. Out of every wedding decision we made as a couple in the year we took to plan the wedding, hiring Kaushay & Co as our wedding day coordinator easily made it into our top 3 best decisions we made. We met with Kaushay about 2 months into the wedding planning process and while I knew I wanted to mostly plan the wedding myself, I knew I didn't want the stress of dealing with the actual production of the wedding in the final weeks and especially the day of the wedding. It made the decision to go with wedding coordination very easy. It was immediately the right fit for us with Kaushay in planning - we always felt prioritized and we received invaluable advice regarding sourcing any other vendors that we hadn't found yet, budgeting, and small things we may have forgotten along the way had it not been for her. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect and I attribute a lot of that to Kaushay and her team - there wasn't a single issue and all our vendors were on the same page. I had multiple other vendors tell me during the morning when I was getting ready how incredible the schedule that was delivered to them was, and our families felt very involved but didn't have to be stressed about anything. We felt incredibly cared for during the wedding day - Kaushay and her team made sure I was warm waiting for the ceremony (winter wedding), that we had cocktails in our hands and snacks after the ceremony and helped with cleaning off mud on my train after outdoor portraits. It was the best use of our budget. I cannot recommend Kaushay and her team enough to another couple for their wedding.
