Out of every wedding decision we made as a couple in the year we took to plan the wedding, hiring Kaushay & Co as our wedding day coordinator easily made it into our top 3 best decisions we made.
We met with Kaushay about 2 months into the wedding planning process and while I knew I wanted to mostly plan the wedding myself, I knew I didn't want the stress of dealing with the actual production of the wedding in the final weeks and especially the day of the wedding. It made the decision to go with wedding coordination very easy.
It was immediately the right fit for us with Kaushay in planning - we always felt prioritized and we received invaluable advice regarding sourcing any other vendors that we hadn't found yet, budgeting, and small things we may have forgotten along the way had it not been for her.
Our wedding day could not have been more perfect and I attribute a lot of that to Kaushay and her team - there wasn't a single issue and all our vendors were on the same page. I had multiple other vendors tell me during the morning when I was getting ready how incredible the schedule that was delivered to them was, and our families felt very involved but didn't have to be stressed about anything.
We felt incredibly cared for during the wedding day - Kaushay and her team made sure I was warm waiting for the ceremony (winter wedding), that we had cocktails in our hands and snacks after the ceremony and helped with cleaning off mud on my train after outdoor portraits.
It was the best use of our budget. I cannot recommend Kaushay and her team enough to another couple for their wedding.

Kaushay & Co. will be the best money you spend in your entire wedding budget. Kaushay and her team took the vision we had for our wedding and brought it to life in a way that was even better than we imagined. Calling our wedding perfect is not strong enough to describe what Kaushay created. Throughout the process, Kaushay was a dream to work with. She was responsive, attentive, and went to bat for us on more than one occasion. I couldn't have asked for a better planner. It was like working with a friend from the very beginning.

My husband and I can't stop raving about Kaushay & Co! We hired them to do our event management and were so blown away by them. Our wedding planner assigned to us was Alisa, and she was highly reliable, communicative, and on top of things. In the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day of, we barely had to do a thing. We were able to fully enjoy our day together and with our loved ones without the burden of managing all the logistics. It wa stress-free for us and our families! They took care of all the details and everything flowed so smoothly and beautifully. We've received many compliments about how beautiful and seamless our day was, and it was truly because of Kaushay and Co! I highly recommend them if you're looking for a wedding planner in Utah!
