Banquet Hall Wedding Venues in Nashville

Laura and her team made this a dream--it was affordable, orginal, and truly amazing. Things to know: you need experienced people on your side to make it work (set up, load in, catering, planners, the works), it gets a little warm, and the acoustics aren't perfect (which makes sense because of all of the concrete). Nonetheless, we had a great time and everyone LOVED the venue. Simple centepieces and uplighting were all we needed to make it look gorgeous. Highly recommend (but know what you're getting into).

Jillian and her staff at the Wilburn Street Studio went above and beyond for our recent event!! The space was perfect! I can't recommend the venue and their amazing staff enough!

Ruby's main event hall is so beautiful, you could have zero decor and it would still be amazing. Brenda was very responsive and helpful prior to the event, and the day of went off without a hitch - as far as I know :) - which speaks to our coordinator and the venue. They do have approved vendors, which I was leery of at first, but it made the process of choosing easier and most of our vendors had worked together before. Ruby made our wedding even more magical, while still being one of the most affordable options.

OBSESSED!!! I can not say enough wonderful things about WO Smith and it's manager, Jonah. We used the venue for the ceremony and reception. Both were held in the performance space, with a cocktail hour in the lobby. We had 140 guests, and all were comfortably seated in the performance room with space for a dance floor. The venue has a plethora of tables and chairs on hand, so all we needed to rent were linens. It has a kitchen which is blocked from the view of guests, making catering run smoothly and out of sight. Our wedding took place in the summer when no classes were being held, so Jonah let us have the venue on the day before to set up free of charge. That's right, he offered the space to us from 9am-4pm the Friday before the wedding at no additional charge. The location of this venue was a big plus. Big spending guests could stay down the road, but those staying outside the city center had close interstate access. So happy we chose WO Smith for our big day!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous and the packages are very affordable. I likes that I was able to choose a package that meant less work for me (bride to be) I can't wait until my big day!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Marathon Music Works, and we could not be happier with how the evening turned out! Liza was our main point of contact at Marathon, and was so helpful beforehand - letting us see the venue several times, answering emails quickly, and being so patient with our many questions leading up to the day. The month of our wedding, the entire Marathon crew was a pleasure to work with and made sure all the last-minute details were cleared up. We were truly AMAZED when we arrived at the reception - we'd seen Marathon bare-bones during the daytime several times, but seeing it with the lighting and decorations was SUCH a transformation that my husband thought we were in the wrong place! The lighting team did an amazing job choosing colors that highlighted our early-summer wedding vibes, and the bartenders did a great job keeping the party going. Practically speaking, Marathon was a great choice for a venue - lots of parking, several bathrooms, and perfect location for a downtown wedding. Would recommend for someone looking for a modern, downtown Nashville wedding venue.

I had such an amazing experience with Lindsey & having our wedding at this venue. There aren’t enough good words I could say. Lindsey was basically my wedding planner and helped me every step of the way - even down to watching my crying ring bearer and flower girl during the ceremony so they didn’t ruin it lol! We are so thankful for the team. The food and service were amazing and the views were incredible. Our pictures are literally to die for! We had cocktail hour on Ava rooftop and the DJ up there even let us take some pics pretending to DJ :) 5 stars all the way! Everyone had SO much fun, especially my groom and me! Thank you Nashville Live, The Gallery, Ava Rooftop, the chefs, DJ, and especially Lindsey for making our day so perfect. The speakeasy was also the perfect setting for our rehearsal dinner and moody pics. We could not have asked for more!🤍
