Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the rustic atmosphere of our venue, but we’re genuinely disappointed to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We take concerns like yours very seriously. However, we would like to clarify a few important points for the sake of accuracy. Our bar service and licensing are clearly communicated in advance and outlined in our contract, including the fact that we serve beer and wine only. Additionally, all catering costs and service details are reviewed and approved prior to the event to avoid any surprises. Regarding outside alcohol, our policy—also included in our agreement—is in place to comply with state regulations and ensure the safety of all guests. When this policy is violated, we are required to address it immediately, and we strive to do so as respectfully and discreetly as possible. We understand that emotions can run high during important events like weddings, and we regret that this situation caused stress on what should have been a joyful day. That said, we stand by our policies, which are designed to protect both our clients and our business. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to discuss your concerns further and provide any additional clarification. We truly wish you all the best moving forward.
