Aaron & I have been cooking together since we were dating, crazily catered our own wedding in 2011 and then added our first smoker to our family with some of our wedding monies. Fast forward to 2014, we were getting numerous requests to smoke for events and we had always wanted to have a food business, so we jumped into business head first and started Smokin' Hot Catering LLC. Getting to celebrate & kick off the Beginning of a Couple's New Chapter is the best part of being a caterer!
