This was THE PERFECT venue to celebrate our mom. Such an awesome setting in the chapel and the reception venue gave us plenty of room. Megan was so accommodating in the two days we gave her to pull this off! Megan said yes to everything we asked —what a joy! She made this painful task very easy. Highly recommend and our guests were also very impressed. Mom was dancing in heaven as she watched.

Our wedding at the Transept was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we toured the space, the entire experience felt personalized, welcoming, joyful, and so thoughtfully curated. Every interaction leading up to our day made us feel supported and truly cared for. One of the things that impressed us most was how organized and intentional the planning process was. The wedding coordinators walked us through every detail ahead of time, helping us think through things we never would have considered on our own. Because of their preparation, we went into the wedding day feeling calm and fully present. And on the day of, the on-site coordinators were incredible—they ensured everything ran smoothly, effortlessly, and exactly on schedule without ever making us feel rushed. The food was immaculate—beautifully presented, flavorful, and genuinely memorable. Somehow, the service was even better than the food. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely excited to celebrate with us. Their professionalism and heart set the tone for the entire event. The venue itself is stunning. It strikes the perfect balance of sophistication, class, and warmth. Every space felt intentional, inviting, and beautiful in a way that elevated the day without ever feeling overly formal or impersonal. It was truly the perfect culmination of everything we hoped for—elegant, joyful, intimate, and unforgettable. Our wedding day was perfect, and we owe so much of that to the team at the Transept. We cannot recommend them enough.

It is a beautiful historic venue! The woman who runs it Jen became my friend along the way. She is amazing and helped me make my dream wedding come true!!

This cathedral is so awe inspiring it doesn’t need any sort of extra decoration. We were so happy to be married here!

The church is gorgeous (which is obviously why we picked it), but lucky for us, we also got the most incredible officient ever. Rev. Allen goes out of her way to make the ceremony very personal to the couple, adding information that she learned a/b us during our PM counseling meetings. Never before have I heard ppl comment how wonderful a wedding ceremony was, until I spoke w/our guests @ the reception. Everyone raved a/b what a beautiful service it was & I can’t wait to watch our ceremony video.

Rev. Chris Martin and all of Epworth's family are just amazing. They made our wedding run smoothly and it all seemed so effortless. The music was just beautiful and the church itself is just breathless. I loved the church and the people so much that even though we live in D.C. now whenever we are back in Cleveland we attend service at Epworth, meet with Rev. Martin and are also trying to become members.

We were married at this church and it was beautiful. The people were friendly and very helpful.

Bob and Robin Hostetler do an amazing job with pre-marital counseling and the ceremony. It was personalized and special. I felt completely loved and cared for by both of them. I'd highly suggest seeking them out for their services.
