I got married here in July of 2019, and this venue is as good as it gets! The staff are simply wonderful, down-to-earth, and make you feel valued. The guests loved the scenery, Cindy is absolutely incredible from start to finish, and GRH made our day special. I could not have asked for better service, especially considering reviews I read for other venues. My eight bridesmaids and I also stayed in the treehouses on site, which were fabulous. Clean, comfy, spacious, and wonderful for the day-of or other out-of-town visitors. A++++++++++ times a million. If you're considering Gallatin River Hideaway, just commit and book it!

The venue was perfect for our wedding! Set up was zero stress with Megan as our coordinator, planning was simple, and everybody was friendly!

My husband and I had our wedding at Rockin' TJ Ranch in July 2024, and we can't recommend it enough! Teresa is the owner and she is on top of everything and very easy to work with! Everything was seamless from all of the planning to the perfect wedding day! Teresa and Melanie, the event coordinator, were incredible with scheduling the tastings, helping us find nearby vendors, and answering all of our questions throughout the process. The in-house catering, Catering Under the Big Sky, served AMAZING food and had a variety of unique options to choose from! Our day of concierge, Maggie, helped us set up all of our tables and made my visions come to life! She was very lovely to work with. Troy with Mach1Music did an epic job as our DJ. He kept the whole day flowing smoothly and knew how to keep the crowd on the dance floor! All of the service was outstanding from the bartender, servers, and clean-up crew. Teresa was present on our wedding day and took care of all of our needs. We had the best day of our lives and we would recommend Rockin' TJ Ranch to any couple looking for a beautiful wedding venue where everything is taken care of for you!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue! The barn itself…. Chefs kiss! The location and mountain backdrop, speechless! Working with Dayna and Leah was enjoyable and stress free! I cannot recommend this venue enough! 1000/10!!

Our wedding day was truly flawless, and it all began with this incredible venue. From the moment we toured, we knew it was the perfect place to say "I do." The staff paid such careful attention to every detail, ensuring that the day ran smoothly from start to finish. Their thoughtful coordination and the little touches we hadn’t even considered made all the difference and showed how much they genuinely care about creating a beautiful experience for every couple. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. The views are unmatched—whether you’re saying your vows with the picturesque hills in the background or celebrating under a starlit sky, every moment felt like a dream. The blend of natural beauty and the team’s expert care made our day unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a more stunning location or more attentive service. If you want a venue that goes above and beyond, this is it. We highly recommend it—10/10!

I had a kids table for all the children that came to the reception. I covered the table with butcher paper and had lots of crayons and crafts and a bunch of candy. I made the dj play pour some sugar on me and ran around to all the kids with pixy sticks and made them open their mouth while I poured in the pixy stick! There were even adults at the table. It was a lot of fun.

Finding a venue in Montana, let alone the Bozeman area, can be very expensive. Bridger Bowl was exceptionally well priced and was absolutely stunning. When we started looking for venues, we messaged with Jimbo, the food and vendor manager, and he was kind enough to take us up to the Deer Park Chalet via snowmobile as it was still ski season. He gave us a full tour and described in detail what the services they offered over the wedding day. We were able to use Bridger on Friday evening to host a rehearsal dinner for our close family and friends. The kitchen staff was kind enough to let us use their kitchen for prep for this. On wedding day, Bridger requires you use their food, beer and wine. This saved us the hassle of coordinating another vendor. We pre-ordered a few different types of beer and cider. We also selected a couple of appetizers and different entrees for our guests. After that, Bridger's staff mostly took care of everything for us. They got the tables and chairs set up for decorating on Friday. On wedding day, they made sure all of the facilities were well cleaned, were very effective on clearing plates and helping guests to beverages. They also tidied all of our decorations to one table at the end of the night for speedy clean up. We heard so many complements of the quality of the food and friendliness of the staff. Honestly it was some of the best food we've had at a wedding. Bridger really made our day go off without a hitch, and I'm so thankful we chose them for our wedding. Fond memories for years to come!!

My daughter checked into various venues in the Bozeman area and after visiting The Chateau Event Center immediately knew this was where she wanted to have her wedding and reception. It is a breathtakingly beautiful property. The owners Whitney and Keanan are on top of every detail. Whitney was our primary contact and provided so much information, recommendations and tips along the way that were invaluable. She responded quickly and thoroughly to all of our inquiries. It is clear she cares about each event and client and is beyond fair and generous in her approach. On the day of the wedding ceremony & reception, as well as the rehearsal the day prior and gathering our items the day after, she was available to clarify anything needed and to help along the way. The Chateau Event Center is an excellent venue and Whitney was instrumental ensuring a very special wedding day.

My new husband and I have nothing but great things to say about this gorgeous venue! They made it really easy for us. Our wedding was originally planned to be outside at their ranch setting, but due to bad weather, we moved everything into the grand ballroom and it was so much better than we could've imagined! If you're struggling to find caterers, DJ's, or any particular vendors, they will happily point you in the right direction. Overall a wonderful setting for a wedding!

There were so many little details of our day that came together perfectly because of Wedvents. My vision for our ceremony wouldn't have been possible without the beautiful crossback chairs they provided, and the barn tables we used for our bridal party seating completed my dreams for the reception. Austin was wonderful to work with and he made sure our day was as beautiful as we had dreamed it would be. So grateful for the joy we experienced on our wedding day; Wedvents was such a huge part of making that happen.
