We had such a great experience having our wedding at Bridger Bowl. Jimbo and his team did a wonderful job, making sure everything went off without a hitch. Bridger provider pretty much everything: food, linens, alcohol, tear down, and set up. This really reduced the amount of coordination I had to do, which was great. Everyone commented on how beautiful it was, and how great the food tasted. They had some uniquely Montana dishes to choose from like elk, buffalo, and trout which we really liked since we had a lot of people coming from out of state. They were also very affordable. I am very glad we went with them. Weddings can be stressful, and they made it less so. The only downside was the deck where most people have the ceremony is grated, so your guest can't wear high heels, or you will have to put down rugs.

I am not sure I can even describe how perfect our wedding day was! We had a quick 5 month engagement and got extremely lucky that Bridger had an opening right around the time of year we wanted. There is absolutely no way I could have done this so fast without Jimbo and team! From day one they were super responsive to all of my questions. I didn’t really have a vision or any idea of how to plan a wedding and Jimbo walked me right through it with suggestions and comments which helped me find my own vision and way. When the rain started in for rehearsal, he already had a backup plan the second we walking in, just in case- but when I said we are doing it outside, he rolled with it and made it work! My one goal of our wedding was to not have our friends & family working the entire time- and Bridger nailed it! They did all of the table set up, linens, and any other requests, as well as table tear down and packed our belongings up for us to be loaded! We have received soo many compliments on the vibe, beauty, and how relaxed & fun our wedding was – this is mainly in part Jimbo and team- we can not thank you all enough for everything last weekend- I wish I could relive it over and over, it truly was the BEST day ever!

Everything about Bridger Bowl exceeded expectations. Not only is the location incredible, Jim and his staff were amazing. My questions were answered promptly and we felt so accommodated from the start. Everything was all set up when we arrived and Jim went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and more. The food was so delicious and all of our guests raved about it. The staff was so friendly and attentive and even packed up all our decorations at the end of the evening. We were blown away by how they went out of their way to make sure our day was exactly as we imagined. The location, scenery, and atmosphere can't be beat. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to get married at BB, and I cannot recommend Jim and Bridger Bowl highly enough for upcoming weddings!

We cannot say enough great things about Jim and his staff. When we first went up to take a look at the venue, he made us feel so at ease about the whole wedding, that we literally didn't look at any other venues (plus, this is the most affordable place in our once sleepy, now booming Boze-Angeles by FAR). His demeanor and positivity left both sides of the family in awe and ready for one heck of a wedding. The Deer Park Chalet is a beautiful place for a wedding in general but when it snowed 4 inches on June 8th, it couldn't have been better. Jim took care of everything! When I worried about something, he already had it taken care of. He knew exactly how to make this the wedding that we wanted. What a worry-free wedding! I have seen so many brides get stressed for their wedding, hoping that each and every detail is perfect and that guests have a good time, even saying that they are really just throwing a party for their guests. They made our wedding perfect! With Jim and his staff, everyone there had a fabulous time and I was not stressed one bit (ok, the surprise snow the morning of the wedding was crazy but I'd say being the first wedding they had to call a snow plow to is pretty memorable). From the ceremony, to photos, to the food and the reception, Jim and the Bridger Bowl staff made our wedding a fun, beautiful, stress-free party for us and our 150 guests. Everyone was all smiles and Jim makes a great bartender! You cannot go wrong with these guys- what an awesome wedding and more than awesome people that made it possible!!

Jim Walker and his entire crew were so great to work with!! They were open to all our ideas and made our daughters wedding day magical! The ceremony arch and set up was beautiful, the social hour appetizers were delicious, (order more than you think everyone LOVED them.) the reception area was breathtaking the way it was set up and all the white lights wrapped around the wood made for a romantic atmosphere. The food was AMAZING and the service was right on time. Jim was there the entire night making sure every detail was taken care of. The beauty of this location is so special. There is absolutely nothing I would change from start to finish. Truly a day that our family and friends will remember forever!

Bridger Bowl was the perfect fit for our wedding day. We rented the Deer Park Lodge for our wedding and reception. Jim and his crew were awesome!! The food was delicious. We chose to do the BBQ buffet for dinner. Our guests all commented on how amazing everything tasted. We had so much fun at the lodge. This is the perfect place for a laid back rustic wedding. It was also perfect for our budget. I cannot Thank Jim and his staff enough for helping make our day so wonderful. Xoxox, Elise and Cody.

Finding a venue in Montana, let alone the Bozeman area, can be very expensive. Bridger Bowl was exceptionally well priced and was absolutely stunning. When we started looking for venues, we messaged with Jimbo, the food and vendor manager, and he was kind enough to take us up to the Deer Park Chalet via snowmobile as it was still ski season. He gave us a full tour and described in detail what the services they offered over the wedding day. We were able to use Bridger on Friday evening to host a rehearsal dinner for our close family and friends. The kitchen staff was kind enough to let us use their kitchen for prep for this. On wedding day, Bridger requires you use their food, beer and wine. This saved us the hassle of coordinating another vendor. We pre-ordered a few different types of beer and cider. We also selected a couple of appetizers and different entrees for our guests. After that, Bridger's staff mostly took care of everything for us. They got the tables and chairs set up for decorating on Friday. On wedding day, they made sure all of the facilities were well cleaned, were very effective on clearing plates and helping guests to beverages. They also tidied all of our decorations to one table at the end of the night for speedy clean up. We heard so many complements of the quality of the food and friendliness of the staff. Honestly it was some of the best food we've had at a wedding. Bridger really made our day go off without a hitch, and I'm so thankful we chose them for our wedding. Fond memories for years to come!!

Dan Furlough has much experience with having weddings at Bridger Bowl's Deer Park Chalet. I was planning our wedding from out-of-state and Dan made everything so easy on my end! They do their own catering and didn't charge a cake cutting fee even though I got our cakes from an outside vendor. The food was terrific! Our guests loved it, too! Dan was able to find specific beer and wine coolers that I wanted!
The only minor problem for some folks would be that there isn't any cell phone service at the lodge. This was a problem for us as we were allowed to use the Lodge's land line the couple times we needed to make a call. It was actually refreshing to not have cell phone service during the reception! Folks really engaged with each other and there weren't any cell phones ringing! It such a wonderful location up in the mountains and with their trails, it really gave our out-of-town guests the opportunity to see the REAL Montana!

We hosted our wedding in September at the mid-mountain Deer Park Chalet at Bridger Bowl and it was WONDERFUL! In the winter, Deer Park is a cafeteria-style dining establishment – but in the summer, it is a beautiful event venue. I cannot sing Jimbo and his team’s praises enough. Jimbo is extremely communicative and helpful. We were able to tour the venue twice and utilize many of the decorations they have collected throughout the seasons. The food is done in-house and was raved about by our guests (bison tenderloin and chicken piccata). The venue is accessible via personal vehicle and bus service, which was a huge plus! It is absolutely gorgeous and truly speaks for itself. I highly recommend considering using Bridger Bowl’s Deer Park Chalet for your next event, wedding or otherwise.
