Wedding Cakes in Pittsfield

They made a beautiful cake that I designed myself and it came out better than I had imagined. The harder decorative shell-like frosting isn't very good, but the cake that is served during the reception isn't like that and it was DELICIOUS!

I can honestly say that I don't understand where the bad review is coming from- Kate was absolutely incredible. We had a cake table with multiple cakes for our wedding but my husband kept insisting that he wanted a "real" wedding cake so our caterer (Castle Street Cafe- also incredible) made the other cakes and we hired Bake Me Pretty to do our "wedding" cake. Kate was extremely responsive, emailing back within a day every time. We picked flavors and I emailed her a picture of what we wanted the cake to look like and she made it look even better than the original picture I sent her. The cake was delicious- we got a three tiered champagne cake with lemon curd and fresh raspberries. It looked beautiful, was affordable and delicious. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

We had a wonderful experience working with Sydney. She made our wedding cake dreams come true. She is professional, polite, and a joy to work with. We highly recommend Sydney's services if you are getting married in the future!

We HIGHLY recommend Linda's Pastries for SO many reasons (too many to list in fact)! We went the "nontraditional" route and wanted cupcakes for our guests with a little cake topper for us to cut into. We went on several cake tastings, but the moistness, quality, and balance of flavors we experienced with Linda literally "took the cake"! She offered VERY unique flavors as well, that were anything but boring. In addition, we felt the little details Linda put into displaying the cupcakes went above and beyond. She wanted to know what our wedding colors were, so she could match the cupcake wrappers. Linda sent us a photo of the one she was envisioning--a navy blue laser cut wrapper. Also, for our reception, she setup two chandelier cupcake holders next to the big tower cupcake display. I never thought in my wildest dreams that cupcakes could look so CLASSY at a wedding. You really can't go wrong with her...and for the value she was EXTREMELY affordable. We were very conscientious about our budget, and were shocked at what other bakeries in the area were charging (and their products didn't even taste as good)! But Linda is retired, and does this on the side, and clearly loves baking and takes great pride in what she does. We know this, because it all translated into the final product we saw the day of our wedding! :)
