After graduating from the New England Culinary Institute, she honed her craft as a pastry chef in high-end hotels and restaurants throughout New England. In 2022, Chef Maya competed on Amazon Prime’s Dr. Seuss Baking Challenge, where her innovative approach to pastry was on full display. Today, Maya brings her artistry back to her native Vermont through Renaissance Pastry. Her work is a celebration of beauty, flavor, and craftsmanship. The goal is simple: to bring joy to others through unforgettable pastry creations.
