We were happily married 8.17.25 at the Mellwood Art Center in their Monet Room, it was spacious, beautiful and perfect for the size of our wedding, whether it's small, medium or a large guest count they have rooms to accommodate it all, everyone was professional and very accommodating and supportive💜 we also used the joining outdoor court yard for a magical Butterfly release ceremony right after the wedding ceremony, they are affordable and where better to get married than a wonderful place filled with Art and beauty 💜😊

07.23.22 - Definitely the absolute best venue to have a wedding! From the consultation to wedding day, the experience with Lakeside Reflections is something I’ll always remember and enjoy. Kathy made the wedding planning process completely stress free and easy! She is the wedding expert and someone you can lean on! Dean (DJ and Officiant) was the best and made the day just flow with his expertise at the mic. The food was amazing and my wedding guest still talk about it. My wedding guest absolutely enjoyed their time and was amazed by the Museum. Hands down the absolute best place! Photography by Adya Marie Photography!

This place was not only stunning but so easy. We truly had the best wedding ever.

My husband and I got married here in June at Gheen’s Foundation Lodge. Our venue was absolutely beautiful with floor to ceiling windows and incredible natural views. For the price you will pay here, you won’t find anywhere with more natural beauty or space anywhere near the Louisville area! Not to mention, the staff at Gheens was AMAZING and was there to help us every step of the way! Not only did they help us figure out the setup for our big day, they also connected us with vendors, helped us with setup on the day of, and were on hand until the end of the wedding to help out! A big shout out to Toni Woodard, who was so sweet and so great at communicating with us and answering any and all questions we had. Overall, this is just an incredible venue and I have absolutely zero complaints. Would definitely recommend to any bride out there!

We had originally planned for a farm wedding and once we looked at Limestone Hall there was no question that we would have a beautiful event in the heart of downtown Lexington at Limestone Hall! The space is flexible with options for multiple different layouts. We opted for our ceremony in the STUNNING rotunda and used the side rooms for seating and a cocktail hour while the center room was flipped for dancing! The venue allowed us to bring in all of our own vendors and decor which was a huge selling factor for us! They were easy to work with, stress free and the BEST location! The team that helped plan (Lexington Event Co who also manages the space) was another reason we loved the venue so much. So thankful we were able to have our favorite day here! 10/10 recommend!

Tucker Homestead was our venue choice for son’s rehersal dinner and wedding shower in June ‘24. Tucker Homestead was a truly beautiful and delightful experience from start to finish. Caron Tucker, proprietor, was so helpful beyond imagination, with helping us organize the events for our family which allowed us to enjoy them without worry This venue was so elegant we received multiple compliments from everyone. The food was also delicious and the staff where amazing and accommodating from start to finish I recommend Tucker Homestead any wedding venue needs you may have

The Apiary provided us the the most magical wedding and beyond what we could have ever dreamed! The venue gardens and interior are so beautiful and offer perfect spaces for every aspect- ceremony, cocktail hour, photos, reception, and send off- absolutely no need to move your guests or wedding party around to different locations. Everyone at our wedding was from out of town so the convenient location to many hotel options and after party spots made transportation seamless. The entire culinary experience was second to none- I mean several guests mentioned the lobster roll appetizer and trout almondine we offered was the best they have ever had (including very high end restaurants). And the bar- Ty (super wonderful) worked with us to create a craft cocktail menu that was just incredible. 9 months later and we still get unsolicited comments about how fantastic and up-scale the bar and cocktails were. We actually used their in-house floral and decor option as we fell in love when visiting for dinner months before and couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out- Mea is just so wonderfully creative and she hit the nail on the head with features so unique. Ewing Anne was so helpful throughout the entire process- from our initial contact to tour the venue and providing all the information and answering all my questions throughout out the planning process, having her as a point of contact really helped make sure my vision came to life. In summary, the Apiary is just such a special place that clearly takes pride in what they do. As an out of town bride, I was so thankful they offered options to take care of many aspects- ceremony, photo, and reception location, in-house food and bar that is second-to-none, and floral & decor that enhanced the space perfectly. It was certainly the best wedding I’ve ever been to, but I’ve heard that from countless guests also.

We had the immense pleasure of hosting our wedding reception at The Lost Palm at The Manchester Hotel in Lexington, KY, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience! From the initial planning stages to the last dance, everything was absolutely perfect, exceeding all our expectations. The venue itself, The Lost Palm, is a true gem. The ambiance is sophisticated, chic, and perfectly blends modern elegance with a touch of unique character, creating an unforgettable backdrop for our celebration. Our guests were captivated by the beautiful design and comfortable atmosphere. What truly set The Manchester apart, however, was their exceptional team. Every single staff member we interacted with demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to make our day special. Personal shout out goes to Nick, Taylor, & Garrett. We couldn't have done itwithout you!! They were incredibly organized, responsive to all our questions, and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, no matter how small. They handled every detail with precision, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our big day without a single worry. Lastly, THE FOOD. Our guests still rave about the delicious feast Chef Paula & team prepared for us, from the appetizers to the main course, and the bar service was seamless and efficient.
