Our wedding was absolutely stunning— I’m trying to find the words to describe how happy we were with our choice but you really have to venture there yourself to feel the magic. Andrea Smith helped us with every little detail from our wedding and put it together PERFECTLY. All our family and friends are still raving about this wedding— from the simple details to the food to the ceremony. It was a fairytale. We were not only able to have the most gorgeous wedding, we also had a beautiful vacation with family and friends. It was such a memorable moment in time. I can’t say thank you enough to all the helpful staff members— Karlene, Tanya, Sasha-Kay, Latoya, Dean, Corey, Gregory (thanks for all the coconuts!!), Brenton, Wallace, all staff members at Maakit (shoutout the Britney!), all chefs at the breakfast buffet (Corey & David), literally everyone at Half Moon were so extremely kind and helpful. Definitely venture around the resort and don’t forget to go to Rosey’s!

As a wedding planner, I recently worked with Simone Parker to coordinate a destination wedding for a couple. I worked with Simone for just a month and her level of professionalism was superb! She was very responsive to emails, knows a lot about her line of work and was a great coordinator on the day of the event. She was quite attentive to everything taking place, even with a few small hiccups, Simone sprung into action and was on the ball finding a solutions without breaking a sweat. Great experience, wonderful service and beautiful resort.

When we decided to have a destination wedding and decided on having it in Jamaica, I knew we had to have it at Dreams Rose Hall (formerly known as Hilton Rose Hall). I had visited the resort two years prior and fell in love with the service and food at the resort, so it was a no brainer to have our wedding there. The experience was GREAT from beginning to end. The Hotel liaison and the day of coordinated accommodated for our needs and made our day easy and relaxing. We really enjoyed our wedding and our time at Dreams Rose Hall Resort & Spa.

First of all. The villas are beautiful, the chefs are amazing!!! And Colleen the wedding coordinator/ manager is an Angel. I was a very difficult bride coming from NYC with a lot of expectations and then Covid-19 running rampant. Colleen went above and beyond for me at every step of the way. From bringing in my vendors, to organizing covid testing for guests, to ensuring that everyone was happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue for my special day!

Working with Alexa Anderson, wedding coordinator, was a complete breeze. She was responsive, helpful, invested, so sweet, accommodating and helpful!!! Tamina was a rockstar with our room block, and managing 100+ guests rooms and all of the last minute changes or questions. These ladies were my two point people to make my day a dream come true. It poured all day, and Alexa made a call, pushing the ceremony back so it could be dry, and it all worked out perfectly! The customer service is impeccable and beyond belief, it was so refreshing!! We hired a photographer from home, and they had nothing but great things to say about working with the wedding team at Jewel Grande. 15/10 would recommend getting married here!!!!

Married on 18th Dec 24. Was a perfect day for 2. Loved the ministers vibe, had me laughing in the ceremony. Hairdresser organised by hotel did an amazing job with my hair. Also loved the photographers work. The food is 10/10! This hotel is a lovely place with fantastic flexible accommodating hotel staff. I look forward to spending some nights there later on this year!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the wedding team at the resort. The were fantastic to work with and the ceremony was beautiful. They were responsive, accommodating, and made the process easy. We purchased the Elope in luxury package, extra photos, a video, and decorations for the gazebo. We created a playlist and used their speaker system to play it. That process was flawless and they got the timing right. The photos were fantastic and we had a lot of fun taking them. Our meal which was part of our package was amazing as well. Every detail of the wedding was perfect.

We recently had the pleasure of using Iberostar Grand Rose Hall wedding services for our special day and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team (from the front of the house to the back) at Iberostar went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The venue was stunning, the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly attentive. They truly made our dream wedding renewal a reality. Firefly went above and beyond for us on our special day. The staff is truly amazing and they want the day to be perfect for each couple. Not only were the decorations breathtaking, the food was so delicious, great bartenders and the BEST DJ!!! The dinner under the trees is something our guests will be talking about forever! I would recommend Firefly to anyone who wants to get married on the beach in Negril!
