We got married in Hawaii this year, and working with Julie and Nicole was an absolute dream. From start to finish, they made the entire process seamless, organized, and stress-free. They were always available over email to answer questions promptly, and they planned everything well in advance with incredible attention to detail. Both Julie and Nicole were present on the day of the ceremony, ensuring everything ran smoothly so we could truly enjoy every moment. They have such warm, fun personalities—it was a joy to finally meet them in person and share our special day together. Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming, but they made it feel effortless. We were genuinely surprised by how simple and easy the process was thanks to their professionalism and experience. We couldn’t recommend them more highly to any couple planning a wedding in Hawaii.

Theatrix Hawaii is a very professional lighting and staging company. They were very accommodating with the time of setup considering the tenting vendor was four hours late with their setup. Very quick with setup and break down.

Aldridge and Bing were my two most favorite people during the entire process of my wedding. I miraculously found them through a referral and I am so so happy I did. I had my wedding at the four seasons and the coordinator recommended me linen vendors and other wedding coordinators that were extremely expensive. Bing and Aldridge were genuine and did not want me to overspend on unnecessary things such as linens, cafe lighting, dance floors, and the list goes on. I've been living in LA for 8 years and no one in LA would've done that. Bing and Aldridge are genuinely good solid people. We need more people like them. And I have a special thank you to Bing who made the entire wedding go very smoothly. She is the best wedding coordinator ever. She was always happy and went out of her way to make sure I was happy. I really owe everything to her for such a successful wedding. I really believe I have gained a friend throughout the entire process. I am extremely thankful and grateful for you both. If there is anything I can do for you in LA, you guys both know my number. Love u guys!

Mark with Elegant Lighting Hawaii provided star lighting for our reception. It looked really nice over the dance floor and was a nice addition to the overall look of the reception.
