We, along with all of our guests, had the most incredible experience at the Westin Savannah. Throughout the entire wedding weekend, we were blown away by the hospitality of the entire staff—from the front desk team to Aqua Star, the Midnight Sun Lounge bar, and especially those who worked our rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and reception. A special shoutout to Valencia, who was so sweet and attentive to us both nights! Even a year later, our guests are still raving about the hotel and, most of all, the food! We’ve lost count of how many times we’ve heard people talk about the crab cakes and shrimp and grits—it’s become a running joke at this point! Amanda was an absolute dream to work with. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly reassuring throughout the planning process. She answered every question with care, advocated for us every step of the way, and went above and beyond to ensure our vision came to life—including pulling off some truly special surprises for us as a couple, our families, and our bridal party. Thanks to her and the entire Westin team, we had the most perfect rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and wedding reception. She and her team were also incredibly accommodating when it came to coordinating the guest rooms and our room block. Nearly our entire guest list stayed at the Westin, which made the whole weekend feel even more special. Having everyone in one place was amazing, and the Midnight Sun Lounge became our unofficial meet-up spot throughout the weekend outside of the wedding festivities—it was the perfect setting to relax and spend extra time with our loved ones. One of the most impressive aspects of our experience was how seamlessly the Westin team worked with our entire vendor team and day-of coordinator. Everything ran incredibly smoothly and on time both nights, allowing us to truly enjoy the moment without any stress. Their professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference in creating a flawless, unforgettable wedding weekend. Looking back a year later, we still believe choosing the Westin for our wedding was the best decision we could have made. The team made all of our dreams come true, and we already can’t wait to return for future visits to Savannah and the Westin!

Our wedding day was an absolutely dream! The entire wedding planning process was so easy and organized thanks to Jaime! As a wedding planner, I am very detail oriented and knew what I wanted for my wedding day, and Jaime made it happen! She worked flawlessly with my vendor team to ensure our day was great! I also need to give a shout out to the kitchen staff and chef! At our food tasting, we enjoyed everything they brought out, it was hard to pick what we wanted for our day! Also, a lot of the time at weddings, you see that the food doesn’t always turn out as good the day of the wedding as it was during the tasting. That was not the case here! Every single person at my wedding told us how amazing their food was and how awesome all the appetizers were! I have so many other amazing things to say about this venue and their staff! So so grateful for Jaime and her team! I will definitely recommend The Andaz to my couples in the future!

We hosted our welcome event at the rooftop and let me tell you how incredible it was! We also used this hotel as part of our room block and heard nothing but amazing things about the rooms, the hotel in general, the staff and everything. Our contacts Jessica and Lucas were incredible and made the entire process so easy from start to finish. If you are looking for an upscale hotel, with great views, a great location and great staff, look no further!

Having our wedding at the Hyatt was phenomenal. From the day we met Sarah Voorheis (wedding / party coordinator) to the wedding day itself, we experienced exceptional communication and customer service. The team worked our our schedules for the food tasting and the tours. They helped make sure we were doing the right thing by city of Savannah to block off the river walk during our event. Here are the little touches that made the wedding itself magical: 1. My parents room was stocked with my parents favorite snacks before they arrived. My husband’s mom’s room had a bouquet of her favorite flowers. 2. My (the bride’s) getting ready room had snacks, flowers and a day-of “just in case” pack filled with things like tweezers and double sided tape. The groom’s room was stocked with drinks and a charcuterie board 3. Sarah listened to my concerns about having no place for just my family to “hang out” and figured out a solution for us. My family loved it so much. Overall, it was a beautiful experience and one that we will never forget.

When our original wedding venue was destroyed by a tornado just one month before our big day, my husband and I were heartbroken. After being together for 11 years (middle school sweethearts) we knew we did not want to postpone our wedding date. That’s when we found The Gastonian, and it turned what could have been a stressful, disappointing season into the most magical experience of our lives. From the very beginning, the process was seamless. Their elopement packages made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. They thoughtfully coordinated the cake, flowers, makeup artist, and even helped us choose the perfect location within the stunning garden area for our ceremony. Every question we had was answered promptly and kindly, and we truly felt cared for every step of the way. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking with a luxurious and intimate feel to it. They are rooted in true Southern charm. What started as an unexpected change of plans turned into a dream come true. Our wedding day at The Gastonian was even better than we could have ever imagined, and we will forever be grateful for the care they showed us. The price was worth it. If you are considering an elopement or intimate wedding in Savannah, this is the place! 🤍

The Desoto was hands down the best venue in town. They were very accommodating through COVID, professional, friendly, and took the stress of the wedding off my hands by being all-inclusive with the services provided. We chose the Harborview Ballroom on the 15th floor, and the views were breathtaking! The drinks were amazing...and the food was drool-worthy. All of my guests said this was the best wedding they've ever attended and I couldn't agree more!

My daughter had her wedding reception in the new Salzburg Ballroom. It was open to the river for the cocktail hour and then the ballroom was big enough to 200 plus people comfortably. He had food station at each corner of the room with the most amazing food. The dessert bar was unforgettable! We customized cocktails for the event and our crazy food wish was granted. The staff was amazing and all of our guests stayed here. We had the rehearsal dinner party at the Moon Deck of Electric Moon. It was truly an amazing place to have a wedding.

The President’s Quarters Inn is not just a stunning and historical Bed & Breakfast, it is a great place to have as your home base for a destination wedding. We had the entire bridal party, parents, and friends stay in the Inn for our wedding weekend and it really made the whole weekend come together. It was so nice to have everyone stay together and allowed us to have a lot more time to visit. The breakfast- I heard nothing but praise of the delicious things they made every morning. The rooms- everyone was surprised and excited about how nice and big the rooms were, with free parking included! Our main vision of a destination wedding was to have all of the people close to us and stay in a Bed & Breakfast together. PQI’s staff from beginning to end made our wedding everything we wanted and more. Thank you so much to all of you!
