Croissants de France not only did my wedding cake but they also made a birthday cake for the flower girl as well. Both turned out beautifully! When we arrived into Key West a week early, we made an appointment to meet Laura (head baker) and Elina to do a cake testing to finalize our flavor. We decided on a traditional French Wedding cake. Our wedding cake, created by Croissant de France Chocolate Grand Mariner: French Chocolate Cake with Grand Mariner then layered with Ganache All our guests loved it! Thanks Laura & Elina!

Niall was amazing with our cake. He was flexible, affordable, and knowledgable. Everyone loved the cake! He delivered to the restaurant and did a great job for the price. Yummy!!

Alison was great to work with at the Key West Key Lime Pie Company. I wanted to include a little Key Lime something in our welcome beach bags and reached out to Alison for some ideas. She suggested the key lime hard candies and taffy, both of which were a huge hit.

This is a fantastic alternative to a traditional wedding cake. My husband and I had a live rolling at our wedding and we (and our guests) LOVED it. The cupcake sushi is delicious! We had salted caramel, red velvet, and key lime. I can't pick a favorite because they were all so good. They also had gluten free options, which our guests loved. They did an awesome job!
