My husband and I really enjoyed working with Hannah Suh for our August 2010 wedding. In all of our meetings with her, she was always professional and courteous. For our engagement shoot, Hannah literally went the extra mile by hiking with us in the hills with all of her equipment. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and made creative suggestions for our poses. The pictures came out beautifully and we were glad to have the option of compiling our engagement photos into a signable guest book. On the day of the wedding, Hannah communicated well with my hair and makeup person and the entire bridal party about the schedule and order of our photography shoot. She took beautiful, romantic, and colorful photos of us in the outdoors with varying degrees of light. She captured both tender moments and fun, exciting shots. After the ceremony, Hannah was able to gather my family and friends together quickly for group photos. During the nighttime reception, Hannah took good indoor photos as well. The resulting online album was very accessible and our wedding album was of high quality. We are impressed by Hannah's work and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer in California.

We could not have asked for a better photographer on our Wedding Day. Darren boasts all of the skills that are valuable in a photographer. He was calm, collected, flexibility, and easy to work with. In fact, we received multiple compliments from our guests regarding his demeanor and interaction with everyone. He is an outstandingly talented professional with an eye for unique, magical photographs that boast his attention to detail and color. Darren is efficient, with the ability to herd 180 into a coordinated shot, yet has a firm respect for careful planning and variety. His product is unbeatable—the most cherished moments of your wedding, captured in photos, frozen in time. From the beginning Darren was easy to reach and responsive. We set up a skype call to talk about styles and expectations. He provided insight on the first look and the order of events. Once the wedding date got closer, Darren reached out to us to clarify family pictures and timelines. On the day of the wedding Darren was prompt and caught glamour shots of the ladies getting ready. During the first look he worked with the videographer to coordinate an easy meeting and series of natural photos at the trailhead. After the wedding he made time for bride and groom photos that ended up being some of my favorite shots, truly capturing the love between us. Neither of us have any experience being professionally photographed, yet Darren was able to walk us through the process to make everything feel natural. Within two weeks of the wedding Darren had already edited and made available our entire gallery of photos. They are exceptional. I knew I could have high expectations for Darren’s work, but he exceeded them. The photos play with the light and perfectly capture our love. I could not imagine a better individual to work with on our wedding day. We give Darren our highest recommendation!

Dana is amazing! A friend recommended him and we couldn't be happier. We are on a tight budget and funding the wedding ourselves so cost is a big factor. After seeing some of the offers by other photographers with their outrageous 2k plus packages, I was in shock and discouraged. Dana was affordable, professional and most of all easy going and friendly. He worked with our schedule, offered us a studio session along with shooting our wedding at a minimal cost. He has a studio in Oakland and decades of experience. Of course paying more gets you stylized shots and photoshopped magic pictures but Dana can do that plus captures the reality of the day and still gets amazing shots. I would choose him a million times over to capture any event over some overpriced option.

I can't express enough gratitude to Vanja for capturing our proposal/engagement in such a beautiful way. It was one of the most important days of our lives and having those photos to reminisce and relive that day and moment is priceless. Not only did Vanja capture the surprise proposal but she was also our top pick for our engagement shoot at San Francisco City Hall. Our entire engagement album turned out fantastic and truly showcases her passion and love for capturing special moments. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed. It was the most fun experience and something we will never forget!
