Hotel Wedding Venues in Anaheim

I was a bit scared but mainly because I had never done anything like this before, the team was great and making it easy and fun!!!! I have another party to plan in the coming year. I may be back....

Anyone looking to host any type of event in Anaheim stop 🛑 looking!!! This place has it all. First thing is the location is great. It’s located right across the street from Disneyland (we made a whole weekend of it and took the kids to Disneyland the day before) The firework show at the end of the night made my event even more special. I hosted my daughters Quinceañera here in May in the outdoor space named The Veranda and my family is still talking about how beautiful everything was. Jamie the catering manager was really friendly and wonderful to work with. I had a lot of questions since this was my first Quinceañera that I have had to plan and she made it really easy for me to understand what I needed to do and always answering my questions on a timely manner. I will always recommend this place to anyone looking to have an event. Their prices are very reasonable and the service was GREAT!! Don’t wait, go see for yourself.

The Hilton Anaheim was the perfect location for our destination wedding. The staff there were absolutely great to work with both in person as well as via email, and the room was just the right size for our small 20 person wedding. The room had windows facing Disneyland so we got to watch the fireworks after dinner, and the food was so delicious. The cake was beautiful and so tasty, and the package we booked with them was exactly what we needed and wanted. I would absolutely book with the Hilton again for an event.

For my wedding, Embassy Suites North Anaheim was not my venue, but was where my bridesmaids and I prepared for the wedding, as well as where I had my honeymoon. We got a great deal off of priceline for the two days. When we were getting ready the hotel was perfect! It did not feel squished at all since there were two separate rooms (living and bedroom). Hair was done in the bedroom, and makeup done in the front room. Air conditioning was great too, and we all were very comfy. Now, for the honeymoon night the hotel was also accommodating. The day before, my maid-of-honor mentioned to them that it would be my honeymoon night the next day. So when my new husband and I came to the hotel there was a bottle of champagne, cheese, and fruit on the table. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast. Overall, it was a great vendor/business to use for our wedding prep & honeymoon.

Our experience getting married at Disneyland was very positive! We worked mostly with Traci Banister, and she was absolutely amazing. She was consistently responsive and helpful through the entire process; she regularly went above and beyond to address our concerns, clarify anything that was confusing us, and helped follow up with people when there were delays in their responses. Our day-of coordinator was Madison, and she was similarly fantastic during the festivities! Between the two of them, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The experience leading up to the wedding was great, and the day-of was actually perfect. We had our ceremony in the Rose Court Garden (10AM in April), and our reception in the Sleeping Beauty Pavilion. We had no shade or coverage during the ceremony, so even though it was the morning, the sun felt pretty intense after 30 minutes of standing in it. The Sleeping Beauty Pavilion is very spacious and was able to comfortably fit us (we had less than 50 guests, but we had a number of activities during the reception that took up a lot of space in the room). The food was tasty for both the tasting and the day-of, and the chefs listened to the feedback we shared after our tasting and made the requested changes. The wait staff during both the tasting and reception were also fantastic and very kind! The main pain point we would flag would be overall cost. We were excited when we saw very reasonable food costs per person compared to some other venues we were getting quotes from, but after we signed the agreement and got into the planning details, there were an overwhelming amount of hidden costs that we weren't expecting and didn't have any foresight into beforehand. There were also a number of unusual fees that we had no idea how we could anticipate (for example, you have to pay a fee per outlet that you or your vendors use). Additionally, while the quality of materials created by Disney Floral & Decor looked good in the end, we had to go through a lot of back-and-forth on feedback with long delays in between iterations, which is stressful when they wait until the month of your wedding to get started on creating the proofs. In the end, there were a number of things that we felt were outrageously priced ($450 for a posterboard welcome sign) that we decided to get outside of Disney, but resulted in us being responsible for setup and cleanup of those items, so we had to utilize the time of some generous friends to help us out. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, but it's probably wise to ask ahead about any potential fees to get a more complete picture of what you're signing up for!

We had our wedding last Sunday! But from the moment i inquired about the event Debbie was on top of it all! She made the vision become a reality! She was quick to respond flexible with scheduling and easy to talk to and if a problem occurs she solved it! We were taken care and truly felt like royalty! Thank you!!

Daniel and staff were so incredibly amazing from start to finish. Gave us exactly what we wanted and made our wedding magical, simple, and so special! Great food and our guests had a blast!
