I'm surprised Zayas had some negative reviews, although I cannot speak for the one in Hialeah. We rented 15 tuxedos from Zayas in South Miami (by Sunset Place) and they did a great job with everyone's tuxes including two of our out-of-town groomsmen who sent their measurements via email. My dad's measurements were a little off when he went to the fitting and they fixed it for him that day. Everyone looked sharp, the prices were reasonable, and the employees were friendly.

Wonderful service. I have used Zayas for my High School prom and wedding. They are dependable, and have nice quality Tux.

You feel like family there!:)

I rented my dress to save money and it was a great choice for me. My budget did not allow for a custom made dress and I was able to rent a beautiful dress for a fraction of the cost. The dress was brand new, never worn. So it worked out perfectly. The only issue is that you need to have patience and might have to go back more than once. They constantly get new dresses and don't have a huge selection at one time. But I was very happy with everything.

Please brides avoid this company. I did the mistake of getting my wedding dress & entire wedding party at their business.. Big mistake. This was pretty much my biggest wedding error. The groomsmen had all different vests patterns on plus my husband was extremely uncomfortable due to his tux was too small. My maid of honor dress (at their other store; same business) was mess 2 weeks before the wedding they chopped up the dress and unprofessionally sewed it back together it was disgusting. I had to cry, threaten to call news channel and lawyer for them to fix the problem. Otherwise my maid of honor would have taken the dress home. Just please avoid this family business that has lost their integrity at this time.

I do not recommended this business at all! First, they lost the measurements for some of the groomsmen, most of whom lived out of state and got measured while they were in town visiting family over Christmas. Instead of admitting that they had lost measurements, they called me (the bride) to ask me if some groomsmen were the same size as others, I'm assuming to see if they could try to use the measurements of other groomsmen to tailor the suits for the groomsmen whose measurements they had lost. After giving them the size comparisons, they still managed to mess up and many of the groomsmen had suits that were way too big. Secondly, they charged half of the groomsmen $50 more, even though everyone had the same suit. They offered no explanation for these extra charges and, when asked, said it was a deposit. However, my husband paid all of the deposits for each of the groomsmen. Finally, my husband decided to buy his tuxedo for the wedding. When he put on his tux the day of the wedding, he discovered that the tuxedo was not a new tuxedo and had been used before. The buttons on his tuxedo, and on many of the others, were popping off the entire evening and the "new" tuxedo shirt he had also purchased from them had yellow pit stains and he had to wear one of his own shirts for the wedding. After the wedding, when my husband confronted them to return the tux, they were very defensive and rude to him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR!

These people are a joke.....stay away...they made me make 5 trips and still couldn't get it right.......
