I bought my wife's on Etsy, because she wanted something cool and unusual, but she got me an awesome space age looking ring made of cobalt that I really like, at a good price. They were awesome about resizing and changing everything and the service was good overall.

Both my engagement ring and mine and my husband's bands were purchased from Zales and we were very happy with our purchase. My engagement ring was a custom made pear solitaire that Zales made for my husband. The diamond is beautiful and was a great value. For my wedding band I purchased a two banded wrap to accent my ring, also beautiful. I've been married for nearly a year and a half and still receive compliments on my rings on a regular basis. The cost of the jewelry was affordable and they offer great financing and sales. We were able to pay of our rings before any interest accrued on them, and that was great. They also offer a lifetime warranty on the diamonds with regular inspections. A great place to buy a diamond!

We were NOT satisfied at all with Zales. They had originally told us they could make a ring a certain way and after 8 weeks of trying to do it, said it would not work and that we had to start over. They did give us a discount on the ring we ended up choosing (she said it was the lowest she could go or they would lose money on it) but we saw it for 25% less than our "sale price" about 3 weeks later on display. They did not seem sorry for all the confusion and didn't seem to care how much stress it was causing us.
