Zachary’s made the most beautiful and delicious cake for our August 30th wedding! They perfectly captured our design vision and flavor preferences, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! The team was professional, easy to work with, and seamlessly delivered the cake to our venue without a hitch. We highly recommend Zachary’s for any special occasion!

Zachary’s provided us with an absolutely delicious 4-tier wedding cake that all of our guests loved. We spent A LOT of time tasting cakes trying to find the perfect funfetti cake with custard filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. Zachary's had the absolute best tasting cake! Our family from NYC said that it was the best funfetti cake they ever had and they have tried a lot of different places. And the best part is that we can order our favorite cake now for our birthdays, wedding anniversaries and other special occasions.
Tip: Our tasting kit was good... but the cake that they made for our wedding was sooooo much better. If you like a particular combination, just order a small cake of it to find out what it will really taste like. It isn't too expensive and it insures you get the exact cake you want. Plus, who doesn't love cake??? We did this for all of our top 3 bakeries. We learned from this process that a great tasting with various components doesn't necessary mean that the cake you order will be great because ratios to filling/frosting/cake are different in full sized cakes vs. the tasting.

Nancy and the team at Zachary's Pastry Shoppe couldn't have been sweeter or more accommodating. We worked with them for our wedding cake and are so glad we did. The tasting was charming and the options were well-presented - they brought out a variety of cupcakes, frostings and fillings for us to try. The cake design was gorgeous and exactly what we wanted (we shared photo ideas), the delivery was right on time and it was absolutely delicious - not too sweet, just perfect. We can't recommend Zachary's highly enough.

Zachary's Pastry Shoppe had the best wedding cake! They were wonderful in the planning and gave us a variety of options to choose from. All the guests raved about the cake and dessert trays!

We had our reception at the Century House in Latham and Zachary's is one of the bakeries that you can choose your cake from (the wedding cake was included in our Century House wedding package). My mother and I went in for a cake tasting (as my husband is allergic to eggs and could not eat the samples). They were very welcoming and had a lot of examples to show you. I had chosen an Irish theme for our wedding and they were able to replicate a beautiful white cake I had seen on pinterest with celtic knots on the different tiers. I was so impressed with their work and the cake was delicious! I also decided to have a groom's cake made because my husband could not eat the actual wedding cake - he didn't want to ruin it for everyone else by making it eggless. Zachary's was so accommodating and found a recipe for an eggless chocolate stout cake. The funny thing was I liked it even better than our wedding cake it was soooo delicious. They also put a picture of the Manchester United emblem on top (my husbands favorite soccer team). Overall, both cakes looked beautiful and tasted delicious! They also gave us a coupon for a one-year anniversary cake (so no having to freeze your top tier!).

Zachary's was amazing with our cakes and pies. They were delicious and we received many compliments on them. They took our picture and replicated it exactly how we wanted the cake to look.

While looking around for a cake vendor, I email Zachary's a photo of my inspiration as I did not want a large tiered cake. The response back to my email was very prompt and a tasting/design meeting was scheduled. Zachary's was very responsive to what we were looking for and we left with a contract in hand. A few months later, my mother stopped by the shop to add a groom's cake and a few pies to our order. They were once again very receptive to her ideas and created the perfect groom's cake. We had a total of 5 different cakes, all with different flavors, and they were all delicious.

We ordered our cake through Zachary's as part of our package at the Century House in Latham, NY for our wedding. They were able to recreate an idea we had found on pinterest perfectly. The cake was absolutely delicious and beautiful! I am so happy with the results and their willingness to creatively create our dream cake.

First of all Stephany and I loved our wedding cake. It was perfect beyond perfect. The cake tasted wonderful. We were able to pick out just what we wanted and it turned out amazing. We would recommend Zacharys to everyone. You should stop in and enjoy there store as well, that is the best way to get everything you want.

Zachary's made us a beautiful and delicious cake for our wedding. We could not decide what flavor cake to go with, so Zachary's made us a layered cake with four different flavors. It was a huge hit with our guests. Thank you Zachary's!
