Where to begin with Jim and Bonnie...they are both AMAZING! They were recommended by our venue, Talamore, and we never contacted another photographer after our first meeting! My husband and I can truly say this was the easiest decision we made regarding our wedding. Jim was always easy to contact and kept us updated every step of the way. I am so thankful we choose Zachary Gallery as our wedding photographer because now we have thousands of images to relive our wedding forever!!

Jim is a great photographer. His pictures are top notch and the effects he provides for your engagement photos and your wedding photos are fabulous. Bonnie is there to position your hair and straighten your necklace and to help you pose. They are a great team and a great company to work with. I got my pictures (all unedited pictures) 2 or 3 days after my wedding. I then had time to pick the 60 or so that I wanted to include in my album to be completed at another time. Other photographers hold your pictures until they have edited them but Jim give you all your files right away and then does his edits later once you choose which pictures you want edited. I highly recommend this company.

Jim and Bonnie were amazing! Their energy and organization made everything run so smoothly and Jim has such a creative mind and a style that you do not see everywhere. If you are looking for a photographer that has a truly artistic style Zachary Gallery is the one to go with! We did our engagement pictures with them as well and that was just as organized and full of energy as the wedding, they truly do all they can to make you laugh and enjoy the who experience!

Jim and Bonnie were fantastic to work with! They were fun, enthusiastic, and kept the energy going throughout all of our photos. They have a great eye for detail and knew exactly where to get the best photos done. We received our photos right away, which was AMAZING!

Jim and Bonnie are FANTASTIC! Please do yourself a favor and have them be a part of your day. They were unbelievably fantastic, timely, fun to work with, and worth every penny (plus more!). I adored the work they did on our casual session and could not have asked for better photographers to shoot my special day. They are warm, friendly, and truly want to capture the magic that is unique to you, your family, friends, wedding, and marriage. I will recommend them to everyone (and will continue to use them for other photo shoots in my life!).

Disappointing

Let me start by saying our wedding was 11 months ago and we still do not have our "included" album. Aside from the absurd amount of time, the "included" album looks like one you can get on Shutteryfly for $50 bucks. While Jim and Bonnie have great personalities, it is clear they lost their motivation. They have a tendency to go with the path of least resistance and when they are not familiar with the venue, you can clearly see the lack the creativity. I think we could have gotten over the creativity if the picture was excellent, sadly they were not. It was clear Jim and Boonie were not prepared to deal with the children we had in the wedding party so most pictures have mis-placed arms, closed eyes, heads pointing in opposite directions, hair in faces, men ties or jackets out of place. Then there is the image quality, sure they are large Jpegs but not RAW, which makes performing serious edits impossible. Many of the pictures were over exposed, not centered, not straight or the photographer was out of position to take the best shot. How we don't have a good center shot of the bride walking down the aisle, is beyond me.. Finally, pay attention to the pricing structure laid out, while it sounds good, when you finally start asking for edits and the album, you realize the bare minimum was included. My advice, shop around and ask to see samples from multiple venues. If you can see a whole photo set, even better. Anyone can find a diamond in the ruff and put it on their website but if that’s 1 out of 2000, then that’s an issue!

All in all, we are simply disappointing that this once in a life-time moment was not captured in a manner my wife and I can cherish. Hopefully we will see an album before our 1 year anniversary...and it will probably be the one I made on Milkbooks.
