Loved it! The staff was super helpful and considerate in helping my sister and I in finding the perfect dress for our prom.

I went here for a bridesmaids dress and Amanda helped me find a great dress that I felt really confident in (I don’t usually wear dresses). Because I waited a bit last minute, the seamstress Martha really worked with me to get my alterations done in time. I was really impressed with the service I received.

I went into z bridal looking for a tuxedo for my brothers weeding and lizzie Middleton was extremely helpful. I have never received better customer service before in my life. She was outgoing very kind personable very helpful very knowledgable about all the products offered in z bridal. I told my wife and hopefully her and her bridesmaids choose z bridal and ask for lizzie. If she isn't management yet she deserves to be. Wonderful experience will most definitely be shopping here again

Please do not go here ! Staff is very unprofessional and they lied to me the whole time gave me wrong dress ! And when I tried to get dress fixed they said no and face me no options ! Save ur money ! DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They lie !!!!!

I PURCHASED MY NIECE'S QUINCEANERA DRESS HERE IN FEBRUARY 2023 AND RECEIVED IT JUNE 2023. I WAS GIVEN THE SALES STORY OF "IF I PAID IN FULL NOW I WILL RECEIVE THE DRESS IN TWO MONTHS SINCE THERE WAS 2 IN STOCK". THIS STORE DOESN'T HAVE ANY COMMUNICATION DURING THE PROCESS. ONE CALL FOR STATUS MARY STATED THE DRESS WAS IN A CONTAINER AND IT FELL INTO THE OCEAN. IT'S TO THE POINT LAST WEEK WHEN I CALLED THE SHOP FOR THE STATUS AGAIN MY THE CALL WAS DROPPED. CALLED FROM MY LANDLINE AND THE PHONE CALL WENT THROUGH AND ASKED THE STATUS AND MARY STATED OHH I MEANT TO CALL YOU AND INFORM YOU IT CAME IN YESTERDAY. I SCHEDULED A DATE TO ARRIVE WITH MY NIECE AND WHEN WE WERE ABOUT TO LEAVE THEY STOPPED US INDICATING THE ORDER DID NOT HAVE THE 5 RING PETTYCOAT AND WE PURCHASED THE REGULAR PETTYCOAT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. SAD I FOUND THE SAME EXACT DRESS ON AMAZON FOR $250.00 AND THE PETTY COAT FOR $50.00 COMPARED TO $300.00.

Don't rent or purchase anything from this store.
1st my $210 sweet 15 pillows were super small not able to do anything with them
2nd - I had 5 girls dresses had to be altered elsewhere too small had to add material & clips
3rd - My court tuxedos had hidden outrageous charges & no ones deposit was returned
Court parents had to pay extra to fix problems .The entire staff there covers there back & act like victims . They mention did you record me say that , well of course not . There is no taking pictures or recording .
They said buy dress here and get discount on tux , we as parents only saw outrageous charges.

All my court parents had a different issue.

Ive had other 3 events but wanted something closer to home, I should have kept my regular place .

I have ordered a dress, being charged avout 300$ more than dress even cost. Everyother stire in San Antonio has quoted me a price yet they are selling more to me then my original dress. And their response was its my store i can sell for more and sell the more exoensive ones cheaper. #(

Don’t go here. I wish i would have gone else where for my daughters dress and for the girls standing in her sweet 16. My orders are wrong every time one of the girls goes in and our deadline for fitting is at the end of December and they are telling the girls it’s over the deadline and charging more. They are shady.
