I was first introduced to Yuri through a friend of mine. That friend was getting married, and I was her maid of honor. Yuri did hair and makeup for the bride and all of her bridesmaids. It all turned out beautifully.

She has an uncanny ability to bring out your best features by highlighting your natural beauty. It's very impressive. I loved her so much that I asked her to do hair and makeup for my own wedding. Again, I was just as impressed by her skills.

Yuri truly cares about her clients and works to understand their needs and wants, and acts accordingly. She's a very no-nonsense type of person, and I love it. I now go to her for all of my hair styling needs.

Yuri is an incredible makeup artist! I knew I wanted her to do my makeup after seeing all her work (and obviously also because of how beautiful she is). She did my makeup for both my engagement session and wedding. On my LA engagement session, it was the most humid day I ever experienced, but my makeup lasted the entire time and photographed well. For my wedding in NorCal, she took all the notes from our trial session and made improvements based on what she thought fit my features. It was really windy that day, so she adjusted my hairstyle and made sure it didn't go wild all day. Yuri and her team did the makeup for my bridal party and moms, and everyone couldn't have been happier. Yuri is really responsive, punctual, super sweet, and extemely accomodating especially when it came to the travel arrangements. I was so stressed out the morning of the wedding and she was so caring that she forced me to eat breakfast because she knew it would make me get through the day more easily. I wish I could get my make up done all the time by Yuri!

I’ve always been very hesitant about having people do my makeup and hair, as I’m, like most girls, very particular about the way my hair is parted, eyeliner is drawn, eyebrows are filled, etc. Yuri customized my makeup to my face and understood my preferences on color with minimal guidance. Even my mother, who is extremely difficult to please, complimented my makeup and hair.

My makeup lasted all day and night and photographed extremely well. I would definitely recommend Yuri!

I've always been a fan of Yuri's work. The moment I got engaged, I knew I'd ask her to be my makeup and hair stylist. Yuri is super laid back and talented. It was so easy to work with her during the trial/engagement session, as well as the day of the wedding. I communicated with her of what I wanted. She's like a mind reader; she did exactly what I had in mind, but better! I've always been self conscious of my large forehead and aggressive-looking eyebrows, but with her "magical" powers, she made my forehead appear smaller, and made my eyebrows so soft and elegant looking. Yuri made sure I still looked like myself with glam makeup, and focused on bringing out my best features.

Yuri's passion can be seen in her work and the way she works with her clients. She went beyond her duties, and even helped fix a minor boo-boo with my wedding gown. Hiring Yuri to be my wedding hair and makeup artist is one of the best decisions I made for my wedding.
