Kim Kennedy was hired as the Weekend Wedding Manager for our son's wedding to relieve me (Mom) of wedding planner duties on the big day. Kim was the absolute best investment they could have made. Her project management skills, attention to detail, accessibility, flexibility and calm disposition were invaluable. Her seamless execution of activities and task flow between the ceremony and reception venues was exceptional. Follow-up and communication with all of the service vendors was timely. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed. She is the best!

We reached out to Kim approximately 4 months before our wedding. We had made a lot of our own choices, but had no idea how things would work together. From our very first call with her, she was knowledgeable, thorough, and calming. She mentioned that this was her first Hindu/Jewish wedding, and was happy to learn about the ins and outs of a new religious tradition and coordinate our two ceremonies (along with a henna party and reception....phew!).

She worked beautifully with our sprawling families, and had a powerful attention to detail the whole time. Nothing slipped through the cracks with her. She was prompt with communication, even when we were not. She consistently assured us that we were doing a great job and that everything would be fine. On the day-of, she and her assistant were on time and continued to be a calming presence throughout.

Finally, I want to mention that she embraced our non-conventional way of doing things. She never judged our choices (for instance, the choice to omit a first dance) and was genuinely excited to do the things that we were excited about. In the end, everything went off without a hitch.
