My favorite photographer in Dallas, TX left for Los Angeles, CA and I was a devastated bride. When I was introduced to YoungBPhoto, I had my doubts and was in a blue state of mind. After our first meeting with YoungB, I left feeling hopeful and happy. If there is one thing you need to know about YoungB, he is one happy fellow. He is a happy virus that will bring out the giggles in you and you instantly become a glowing, beaming person. YoungB was professional from start to finish, punctual with all meeting times and day-of coordination. Creativity is outright awesome and he makes sure you’re not ever in an awkward moment of silence or confused posing. YoungB definitely takes care of you whether you’re the bride, the groom or just a bystander or a visitor. At the end of the day, YoungB really makes you feel worthy and cherished. He personally waited till we saw every guest off and greeted us, congratulating us after our wedding; he was the only vendor who did that so it was definitely a touching element! He guaranteed photos would be ready in two months, and kept his promise. We are IN LOVE with our wedding photos. They turned out to be everything and more than what we even started out wanting! YoungB is hands down the BEST photographer in the DFW area! Simply stated, he is great. When I began planning my wedding, I initially thought I would skip the expense of hiring a photographer. I assumed I could just get a friend to snap a few engagement photos for us, and then have friends and family use their own cameras and/or phones to capture our wedding. I had looked through several portfolios of photographers in the area and was not overly impressed. I thought some of the pictures were unique and even “cool”, but believed my friends and family would be able to match the quality of the pictures I had seen.
My opinion concerning the need for a professional photographer was completely changed once I met with YoungB and saw his portfolio. Not only are his photos breathtaking, he has an amazing personality as well. My fiancé and I immediately felt at ease with him. We decided that in order to capture “our day” as we envisioned it would be, we must have YoungB in control of the photography. We booked his services almost immediately.
He is a phenomenal professional who is great at what he does. He stayed on top of every aspect of our engagement photo session, pre-ceremony pictures of bride, groom, family and friends, pictures during the ceremony itself and pictures during the reception that followed. He was able to capture candid moments that otherwise would have gone unnoticed. And, all the while he was able to make everyone feel at ease. He somehow managed to be right in the middle of all the action, yet not feel intrusive at all.
Throughout all of our interaction with YoungB we could tell that he genuinely wanted our day to be perfect for us. He did such a wonderful job with our engagement pictures, we couldn’t wait to see what he would capture at our wedding. Although we are eagerly awaiting our final (edited) photos from our wedding, he did send us several “sneak peeks” within a day or two of the ceremony.(My review continues)

YoungB was the photographer for my husband’s cousin’s wedding, and after looking at their wedding photos, I wanted him to be our photographer as well. We had YoungB take photos for not only our wedding, but also for our engagement photo shoot and for our traditional Korean ceremony. Before our first meeting with YoungB to take our engagement photos, my husband and I thought we would feel incredibly awkward and uncomfortable since neither of us liked taking photos, but YoungB put us at ease immediately with his disarming humor and easy-going nature. We didn’t expect to have fun taking photos, but he made 3 hours fly by and we really enjoyed ourselves! YoungB is so good at making jokes and keeping you laughing throughout the shoots that you don’t realize that he’s taking photos the entire time as well! The photos all turned out gorgeous, and he really made us look like the best version of ourselves! Our families and friends loved YoungB and his team too – they said they were such professionals, but were also so fun to be around. We definitely recommend YoungB, and can’t wait to do more photo shoots with him in the future!

Young B is simply the best!!! I've known him and seen his work for a couple of years and when my husband and I first got engaged we knew it was him we wanted to take our photos for our big day. And let me tell you that it was the best decision we could have made. Young B is such a blessing to work with. He understands completely what you tell him and the idea you are looking for for the photos. He is so professional in what he does. He is super creative when it comes to poses and different places or ways to take the photos. He is so fun to be around, you'll have a great time with him. He took our engagement and wedding photos and OMG we cannot be happier with the result!
