We have been given the run around with Yonan's! They make promises they can't keep, from when jewelry will be ready, to where your jewelry is being worked on. I went 3 months before my wedding WITHOUT my engagement ring so they could custom make a band that fit with it... when I finally got the band it was HORRIBLE and I sent it back. We ended up choosing wedding bands from stock in the store. I love how my ring turned out, but the experience was Yonan's was not pleasant!
