Xiomara was amazing made me and my bridesmaids feel absolutely beautiful. She is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable right away. 1000% recommend her’

Xiomara was lovely and calm from my trial through the wedding. Her makeup held up during that "we haven't had one of these in 10 years" san francisco monsoon. She helped with suggestions (dermaplaning, kenra hair solution) before hand. My wedding planner messed up Xiomara's schedule and never gave her a final schedule but Xiomara was so accommodating and nice about it all. None of our makeup BUDGED (even after I heavy cried for 20 minutes when my planner cancelled the two main shuttles to my wedding the weekend of accidentally).

The most Incredible thing I think was Xiomara's HONOR. My planner told me what to pay vendors and had me accidentally pay Xiomara $500 extra. She texted me to say it might have been accidental (we also tipped accordingly). I never would have known. This woman/makeup artist is GOLDEN

I hired Xiomara to do both my hair and makeup for my engagement photos. She was FANTASTIC! I originally had my shoot planned for December 2020, but had to reschedule a week prior due to new Covid restrictions (my photographer was flying in from out of state, which complicated things). Xiomara was very understanding and it was extremely easy to reschedule with her.
The day of the shoot, Xiomara was very professional - all of her brushes had been cleaned, which was very appreciated especially during these times. I have really oily skin and I tend to get shiny a few hours after wearing makeup. Xiomara used the perfect products to combat my oily skin and my makeup stayed ALL DAY without any extra shine. Xiomara really created the perfect look for me and I am so happy I got to work with her for my photos.

This review is based on customer service/support and not on her ability to do hair and makeup. I had to reschedule my wedding due to Covid. And unfortunately she was not available on my new date which I understand. And I know the contract says no refunds are given on deposits. However, I feel that she should have been more understanding and flexible given the current situation we are in. I did not CHOOSE to change my date, I HAD to. And because of covid my fiancé and I have both had our work hours cut. Making it difficult for us to pay a new deposit with someone else, without getting our old deposit back. All my other vendors were very understanding and able to accommodate me. If they weren’t available on my day they gave me the deposit back (even though the contract stated otherwise) because of what is going on around us. I understand that this is how she makes her income, but I as well as many other brides have been affected financially.
