Facilities and Capacity

Worthington Pond Farm & Gardens offers a number of wedding venue spaces across 10 acres. The marquee feature is our Covered Bridge, the only Covered Bridge event space in Connecticut. Built of rustic hewn beams, this is indeed a unique space in which to host a party. Guests can dine as the soothing sound of the water flowing below provides a natural soundtrack to the main event. With room for up to 125 guests, it is large enough for everyone to enjoy a seated meal in comfort. Here, heaters ensure that everyone remains warm and cozy as speeches and toasts are delivered. In addition, there is a staging area with electricity for the wedding performer or DJ to set up and perform from. Adjacent to the bridge is a kitchen facility with a refrigerator and sink with hot and cold water. Furniture, including tables and chairs, is included with the rental of the Covered Bridge. For those arriving at the venue by car, there is ample parking available on site.
