This place is amazing! The prices are great and the food is really good! Laura was amazing to work with and ALWAYS responded to my emails quickly. The service was really great here and the space is beautiful. I was struggling with finding an affordable venue and this space is it! Great food, service, and space.

The location is gorgeous. They helped us with everything and walked through everything. We kept with a budget and they helped us estimate the attendance and everything.

Could have had a little bit more help with coordinating moving from one thing or dance to another, but overall ... VERY GOOD.

We are so thrilled that we had our reception at Woodland Country Club. Laura helped us plan our layout and a great menu. The day of our wedding was perfect. Laura and her team made the banquet hall look beautiful. The food was amazing and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. The value you receive for the price you pay is outstanding. I would highly recommend Woodland to anyone!

Laura (the event planner) was very nice in all our meetings together. She was very detail oriented and thorough, and returned my emails almost immediately. The rate to rent the ballroom at the country club was very reasonable, as was the food. Originally we were told we could decorate any time on Friday before the Saturday wedding, since we would be the only event that weekend. However, when I emailed Laura to confirm decorating times, she then informed me that we could decorate after 8 am on SATURDAY. I expressed that this would not work since our wedding began at 3:30 and she told me there was nothing she could do- the club manager scheduled an event on Friday night. I was frustrated that she did not contact me to let me know; I found out after confirming plans. Laura told me that they would set up for me, but where's the fun in that? I was disappointed that I could not set up my own reception hall with my bridesmaids as I had originally planned. Instead, I organized plastic boxes by table and labeled everything. We had several family friends lined up to help on Saturday morning, and I explained to them what I wanted the tables to look like. It all ended up working out, but the situation was disappointing overall. When planning the timeline of the reception, Laura was very confident in how long our ceremony would take since it was a Protestant ceremony (30 minutes). I expressed that based on what we had planned and knowing the minister, I thought it would last longer, but Laura kept telling me no. The ceremony did in fact run longer than 30 minutes, plus pictures afterward, meaning the bridal party arrived later than planned. When arriving, my bridal party was greeted with, "You're late!" and then we were rushed into the introductions. There were some additional miscommunications. BUT the staff was great all night, very helpful, and the food was great!

WCC has a beautiful location on a golf course, and the banquet halls have all recently been re-done beautifully. They were easy to work with and accomodating, and the wedding coordinator made sure that everything was perfect. The food is also excellent, and this was a big deal for me, because I have been to countless weddings with disappointing meals. It was amazing and beautiful dinner, and I would recommend it 100%
