Scammers and Crooks
This company cannot be trusted and I would stay away from them from any significant purchases. Carol and Tony are both dishonest and outright liars. I sent my wife's engagement ring bought from Tony in 2007 and today valued at approximately $30,000.00 for a cleaning and a possible upgrade in the beginning of June of 2018. They did not return the ring by our wedding anniversary at the end of June and missed several special dates after that. When the ring was returned in mid August (over two months late) they had put a new diamond in the ring and wanted $4000.00 for the upgrade. The diamond they sent was not even as nice as the original center diamond, so I requested the original diamond be put back in the ring. The ring was not sent back and I received a call in September from Tony and Carol claiming that they had broken the original center diamond and would have to replace it through their insurance company. I requested the original platinum diamond setting be returned as well as the broken center diamond and I would have my insurance company handle the repair. They spoke to my insurance agent and agreed to return the ring setting and center diamond but it never came. They then stopped answering any calls from me, the insurance agent and even the Better Business Bureau (check their F rating), California Attorney General's office and even our local police department. To date (November 19, 2019) they have refused to return my wife's setting (valued at $4000 to $6000) or the alleged broken diamond. These people do not care about the customer and are definitely scammers. They obviously saw a chance to literally rob us of a very valuable piece of jewelry and something that was very special to my wife and they obviously think they are immune to any prosecution because they operate across state lines and on the internet. I would strongly advise you to read some of the other reviews and stay away from this company as they are extremely dishonest. Tony and Carol you will be caught and prosecuted for your crime, which is outright theft.
