Senior sales representative

WJD Exclusives was beyond responsive, they were very patient with me. I was not an easy customer to handle.

They even credited me money back for a difference in gold weight! They could have kept it and that is the true sign of a quality run business.

I was astounded with my chain and pendant, WJD exclusives let me know step-by-step everything about shipment, product and the ladies were very calming and matter of fact.
