Nathan and Lisa seriously made all of our wedding video dreams come true! My husband and I were initially not going to have a wedding video because we could not find a videographer whose style resonated with us. Then, I came across Winter and Rain Films' Instagram/Portfolio and we immediately knew that they needed to film our wedding. Not only are Nathan and Lisa so kind and pleasant to work with, they are amazing at what they do and we are obsessed with our video. I am so thankful we found them and that we will have an amazing recap of our big day to watch for a lifetime!

We decided last minute to add a videographer and we are so glad we did! Luckily Nathan was still available because he was amazing to work with! He was extremely patient with all of my questions and correspondence prior to our wedding day. So thankful we chose Nathan because he is a true artist and captured all the special moments of our wedding day beautifully. Hiring Nathan at Winter Studios was THE BEST decision we made! Nathan was the videographer for two family weddings this summer: one in Charlottesville, VA and one in Kent Island, MD. He perfectly captured the unique beauty and feel of each wedding. Nathan is professional, calm, easy to work with, and a very talented videographer! Before each wedding, Nathan asked about special people, moments, details, and memories that we wanted him to capture. Those details made our videos even more perfect all because Nathan cared enough to ask and then made sure they were included. The overall 'feel' of each video is perfect and the music he selected couldn't be better. If budget is an issue, don't skip this treasure. Nathan's work is masterful. We would hire him again and again!

Nathan and Lisa were such a joy to work with. They were very communicative, flexible (we had to reschedule many, many times due to COVID), and so encouraging the day of. The wedding video they put together for us was incredible, and we have been receiving so many compliments. They also helped us livestream the wedding since many guests were unable to come. I definitely recommend them for all other couples out there!!

In the world of COVID, our wedding plans were put on hold by state and federal mandates. Further complicating matters, we have immediate family members who are high-risk, and live on a different coast... this led to the sad, and disappointing decision to cancel. During all of these state and federal mandates, so many wedding vendors (as many have seen) tried to profit off the crisis and take more money from couples when they had to make decisions to cancel or change dates. It’s been interesting to watch businesses become greedy, to say the least.

I’m writing this review for Winters, because although we ended up cancelling our wedding, a business— especially a small business— that has integrity, and doesn’t penalize those trying to celebrate a joyous event in the face of global pandemic, deserve praise and a surplus of business. So, if you are on the fence, or simply unsure of who to go with, please do yourself a solid and go with Winters. If our plans for a big wedding (we eloped) ever change, they are the first and only consideration for us!

Nathan and Lisa with Winter Studios were amazing! We had to postpone our wedding due to covid and had a mini wedding/ceremony. They worked with us from start to finish during a stressful time. They were so great to work with and provided us a creative video to showcase our day. Everyone who sees our video talks about how great it is- and they all end up crying because they feel like they were actually there with us because of this video! We absolutely loved our video and can look back on the memories forever. We would recommend them to anyone for any event. We cannot wait to work with you again next year💕💕

Where do we even begin...Nathan did our "Love Story" video for our engagement last week and we were left speechless. We were the first couple to experience this new package they're offering. Not only did he have it ready within only a few days, he captured our love for each other in a way no one else could. My family & friends were blown away and I promise you that there was not a single dry eye for whomever watched it. We cried, laughed and we were reminded just how much we love each other. My fiancé and I were a little nervous before the shoot because we had never done anything like it before so we thought we were going to be awkward...Nathan made us feel so comfortable and encouraged us the entire time. Nathan & Lissa were so easy to work with. I was so proud of myself for not crying during the ceremony but when I went back and watched the videos I nearly went through a whole box of tissues. Every morning when I get up the first thing I do is watch our highlight video. It seems so surreal to see something that professional, it's like watching a movie trailer to our wedding.
