We used the Club Room for our reception venue. We loved how everything looked: very clean, newer-looking, and well-lit. They were very receptive to the many times I called with questions, and even let us come in the night before to decorate, even though it wasn't in our contract. And the price was awesome compared to everything else I had seen. They stayed later than expected that night, too, so we could finish a few things. However, we also had problems that night. Several people in our families came by to help decorate and move a few things around, but the staff members would not let us touch ANYTHING. If we wanted to move a chair two inches to the left, they had to do it. None of us could. According to them, we weren't allowed to touch or move those items. (Even though I read through our entire contract before I signed it so I would know the details, and it was NOT in the contract). The tables and chairs needed to be moved, but we weren't allowed to. We ended up having to draw out a floor plan so they could do it in the morning for us. My maid of honor went there the next morning to make sure it was done right. That was the only inconvenience. Bottom line, great place. but if you decide to use them, make sure you draw out a floor plan BEFORE everything, and make sure they know that you and your family/friends will end up moving things around at the last minute, and their staff needs to be aware. Communication is key!
