This is such a special, fun, and intimate venue!
We absolutely loved our wedding here! Briana was our wedding coordinator and she was fantastic! She was quick to respond with any questions, she is organized, funny, detail oriented, and was a calming presence the day of. She also set everything up for us and helped clean up. The venue itself has a wonderful rustic charm, excellent wine, beautiful grounds for lots of great photo opportunities, and a cute little bridal suite to get ready in. I highly recommend this affordable spot to anyone!

Our wedding was more than we could have ever imagined because of Willow Spring. They made us feel like family and made our visions come to life. Jenny put so much time and effort in with us and was always willing to answer our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate our special day. Having the barn along with the wrap around deck made for a great option for our guest to be inside and out. All of our guests loved the food and beverage options. We have received so many compliments from our guests regarding the venue and food. We highly recommend this venue for any event

Can’t recommend Willow Spring enough! I got married here at the beginning of June and every step of the process was amazing. We originally started planning with Jenny and we did our 30 day check in and day of with Jade. Both women were super responsive, easy to work with and really knowledgeable. Jenny had great recommendations for vendors, including a perfect spot nearby for a rehearsal dinner. All of our guests were blown away by the location (especially the local ones that didn’t understand why we were getting married in Haverhill). The food and wine were amazing and guests are still raving about it! The venue also included tables, chains and basic linens, and they also had free decorations to use and additional ones that could be added on. There were multiple beautiful options for an outdoor ceremony that you could chose from. If you’re looking for a great venue at a reasonable price not far outside the city, Willow Spring is where to go.

Jade and Jenny were a fantastic team. There is a lot going on for a bride on her wedding day. Jenny was professional, sweet, and so helpful to calm my nerves. She helped my photography team as well with finding great spots. I don’t know what I would have done without all the help!

My wedding was beyond everything I could have imagined due to this beautiful vineyard and their amazing coordinator Jenny !! The venue speaks for itself, it’s rustic & quaint with hints of character. My guests absolutely loved this venue ! Jenny was truly incredible, she made sure my husband and I were at ease and that everything went as planned. She is extremely resourceful and went above and beyond making sure that my husband and I could enjoy our wedding without having to worry about minute details. She was easy to communicate with and answered any emails/text/calls promptly. I can’t stress enough how amazing my wedding was and I owe it all to Jenny and this venue.

When my now wife said we were going to see a venue in Haverhill, I tried talking her out of it. I grew up in the area and the reputation Haverhill has at least where I grew up isn't great, certainly not magical, beautiful, romantic or special. We only had 2 months to plan our wedding and I was worried that this trip would be a waste of time. When she showed me pictures of Willow Spring I was shocked - there's apparently a beautiful, rural part of the town and that's where the vineyard is. She said there were also great reviews, so we decided to keep it on the list. We saw a couple venues before going to Willow Spring and the moment we arrived I knew we were going to get married there; the barn is gorgeous, and it's surrounded by expanses of well-maintained lawn lined by thick forest. It was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for what we wanted.
Then we met Jade. Jade is one of the daughters in the family that owns the vineyard and she is one of the site coordinators for events there. She is so friendly, warm, honest, caring and down-to-earth. Talking to strangers is one of my least favorite activities in life, and especially talking to them about something as personal as your wedding, but Jade immediately put us at ease. It was easy and even exciting to talk to her about our plans and what our wedding might look like at her venue. My wife says Jade is the perfect balance of flexible - wanting us to plan our special day the way we want it - and practical - she will let you know if something you're considering is going to be unnecessarily difficult. I think she has a great sense of how important aspects of the wedding are to the couple and if something isn't super important and there is a solution that is clearly the best, she'll gently offer that advice. Also with her wealth of knowledge and experience she helped us brainstorm all the pieces we needed to bring together and different forms they could take - from schedule for the day to whether or not we would alternate colors of napkins.
As the day approached we had another meeting to nail down every aspect so it would play out just the way we liked. I couldn't believe how much she remembered about us from our first meeting. And she was so patient with us when there were details that we hadn't decided on yet; she let us walk around the barn and visualize what the different options might look like. She even poured us glasses of wine and told us to take our time - we didn't feel pressured at all.
And then on the big day, Jade was like a secret service agent. Everything of course looked just like we had planned and went off without a hitch all thanks to Jade. She is not a manic person at all, but somehow she was everywhere she needed to be. She put my boutonniere on my tux, fixed the matron-of-honor’s hair when her son pulled it out, carried the train (or whatever it's called) behind the bride so it wouldn't drag on the rocks next to the lawn. After the ceremony I realized some lint from blankets we had brought got all over my tux. Jade was right there making sure our grand entrance would go smoothly so I asked if she had a lint roller. She went into the barn and came back a few seconds later with some tape with which she made a lint roller and quickly got all the lint of my suit. Later I snuck out on the barn porch to eat a slice of cake in the cool air. After a couple (delicious) bites I realized I was thirsty and then I see Jade coming around the corner with a glass of water!! I hope my wife is as attentive to me as Jade was to us - she is really incredible. I think we would've chosen Willow Spring Vineyard just for the physical venue even without Jade, or if it was just an OK venue but Jade was running it; the fact that the place is gorgeous AND wonderful, phenomenal Jade works there makes me honestly feel that there is no venue of this type better than Willow Spring Vineyard.
P.S. Willow Spring only works with one caterer as of the writing of this review. For us that was a bonus so we didn’t have to spend time talking to multiple companies. The caterer they work with is fantastic - they had plenty of options for us and the food was DELICIOUS. We also have a couple guests with multiple allergies and the caterer was thankfully very meticulous about ensuring that nothing those guests ordered contained allergens.

We got married at Willow Springs Vineyard on October 6 and everything was SO perfect! The barn and the grounds are absolutely beautiful! It's family owned and you can really tell how much they care about the place and the events they host. Jade was amazing to work with and was so attentive and caring during the day to help my husband and I just be able to enjoy the day without worrying about anything. Everything was perfect!!

This venue is gorgeous and Jade was wonderful to work with - answering all of our questions and organizing the wedding day perfectly, so it went very smoothly! We chose the option where we did the ceremony at the lower vineyard site (so lush and green), cocktail hour & after dinner dancing in the tasting room/converted barn (which is so rustic and romantic and perfect, and has a/c!), and dinner served outside under a tent. Everything went great and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

We had looked at other venues but it was not until Willow Spring that we both got those excited butterflies that confirmed, "this is our venue"! We decided to have the ceremony in the field next to the vineyard, and our reception was inside the barn. Heather and Jade were fantastic in walking through all of the details that we needed to consider (and many details that had never even occurred to us!). They took charge of coordinating with all of our vendors in advance of the wedding and most certainly on the day of. We didn't have to worry about anything.

Willow Spring is a family affair. Their "staff" is almost all part of the same family that owns the vineyard. They have spent many years restoring this beautiful space into what you see today. There is absolutely no additional decoration necessary. You could simply walk in the door as-is and your guests would think you had spent hours preparing it for your big day. Not only is the barn and surrounding land stunning, but they have installed solar and geothermal heating and cooling to reduce their carbon footprint.

They coordinate with a fixed number of caterers, which worked well for us. Knowing that they would already be familiar with the space and the process was a big help (and Two Chefs Are Better Than One, who we ended up selecting, was absolutely wonderful).

They have a built-in bar as part of the indoor reception space and offer their own wine (which is fantastic). They also coordinate with a local brewery to make other options available.

We can't say enough wonderful things about this gorgeous venue. For those who prefer not to be sucked into the DIY world of wedding planning but don't want the country club or hotel ballroom option, go no further.

My husband and I had our wedding at Willow Spring Vineyards last weekend and let me just say, we couldn't have chosen a better venue for our big day. The Parker family, who own the winery, is incredible. We had met Brandi during our first visit who told us all about the winery's history and was a breath of fresh air to chat with. Then, we worked with her sister, Jade throughout the wedding planning process. Jade is sweet, organized and prompt with her replies, very accommodating...just awesome. Jim and Cindy (their parents) were also such nice people too. We got SO many compliments on the place - everyone, including my husband and I, just fell in love with how gorgeous the barn, bridal suite and grounds were. Also, the wine is SO good. We had the perfect wedding and this was the absolutely perfect spot!
