The Willard Chapel was the perfect place to hold my wedding ceremony. It is absolutely gorgeous!! The price is unbeatable.
I didn't care for the coordinator assigned to our wedding. We had no contact with her until the night of the rehearsal. You are allotted 1 hour to rehearse and we spent 15 minutes with her, filling out a form that could have easily been filled out ahead of time. She took over the rehearsal, even though we hired a Wedding Planner and had been working with her for months. The Coordinator from Willard tried to organize the processionals and arrange where people would stand, but continually mixed up names. By the end of the rehearsal the entire wedding party was more confused than when we started.
Willlard Chapel also recommended an organist who was rude and difficult to work with. She provided us with a list of songs she could play. We chose our wedding music from that list. On the night of the rehearsal (which she did not want to attend) we learned that she couldn't play one of the songs we had chosen. We also learned that she only knew about 30 seconds of each piece she listed on her repertoire. During the ceremony she played a musical interlude, when she was specifically asked not to. She was disrespectful to my husband and me.
But despite the coordinator and the organist, the Willard Chapel was absolutely beautiful and I had a wonderful wedding. I would recommend any wedding to be held there!!
