Wild West Weddings was recommended to us by the venue we booked at and we are so happy we found them. Caitlin took our engagement photos and of course our wedding day photos. All of which are AMAZING! Her editing style is beautiful and she provided us with way more photos than what other companies were quoting us. She also provided black and white edits. Caitlin is easy to work with and be comfortable around which makes getting good photos that much easier! She will give you her honest opinion and work through the awkward moments with you while turning them into fun times. She is very responsive and super flexible. At our wedding, Caitlin kept all the photos running seamlessly and efficiently which was a feat because we got married on the day it ended up being crazy windy outside. Even with the wind we got great outdoor photos thanks to Caitlin. She is also very knowledgeable about weddings and gave us so much advice and information that made such a big difference when we were deciding how to maneuver our big day! My wife and I never felt like we were a bother to her when we reached out with questions which says a lot about her personality and character in my opinion! We would 11/10 recommend Caitlin to anyone looking for a photographer whether it be for a wedding, birthday, family, or anything in between! We plan on using her for all of our future Christmas photos/ family photos/ and whatever else may come up because she was just that good.

Words do not do justice to how fantastic Caitlin is as a photographer. We had the pleasure of using her for our engagement party as well which further aided our decision in asking her to shoot our "big day". From the initial meeting she honed in on what package would best suit or needs/desires. Leading up to the day she sent emails/texts with more details to aide in making the day run smoothly when it came to capturing the moments we wanted, and then some. She then SAVED our wedding when our wedding coordinator informed us the week of the wedding that she couldn't make it due to an emergency. Caitlin and her husband took control and created a wedding timeline for all of our vendors to follow and the day of, they both acted as not only our wedding photo team but as our coordinator. And i must say I think they did a better job keeping everything organized than what our original day of coordinator would have lol! Our families and guests were amazed how they worked the room and they truly went above and beyond to make sure our day went perfect. It was a marathon of a day too with over 10 hours of shooting. Caitlin was a champ! From the staged photos, to the candid shots every picture was fantastic and her energy was impressive and commendable. We were truly blessed to find Wild West Weddings. Caitlin was the perfect choice for our wedding! Her gorgeous photos speak for themselves, but she was so easy and fun to work with. I was really nervous about having so many photos taken since my husband and I are not used to being in front of the camera (who is really??) and I was afraid we would look awkward, but Caitlin made the whole process feel so easy and natural. I am totally blown away by the photos! We look so natural and she captured so many special moments of the day. She was also very quick and efficient at getting all of our requested shots done.

Caitlin went above and beyond from the hiring process, to the days leading up to the wedding, and to the big day itself! Her customer service was outstanding! We were first blown away when we saw how rich, vibrant, and creative her photos were compared to other photographers we saw online. We knew after speaking with her that she was the photographer of our dreams. She even sent us the most thoughtful gift that was personalized to us prior to the wedding. Every step of the way she was there for every question or any guidance we needed her for. We chose a blended style of photojournalistic and posed shots. Everyone raved about her as a photographer and some who had events coming up asked for her information. Seeing a few previews, we know fully that we will be blown away by the photographs. Both my now husband and I are terrible at taking photos and so goofy and uncomfortable taking photos. Caitlin and Lexi made us feel so comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera! I believe the day will be captured so well by them. I plan to cherish the photos that captured our day for the rest of our lives. From the beginning she was so responsive and helpful in the booking process. As we approached the wedding day she made sure she knew the key photos we wanted and was very prepared. The day of, she showed up early and went right to work. We are not great at taking photos and Caitlin made it so easy and effortless. We received our photos from the wedding so quickly and as I looked through them, I felt like I relived the entire day. The photos are absolutely AMAZING!
