Great sevice expedient and very friendly!

I was required by the venue I chose to use this company! I wanted to use another company that I have used in the past so was reluctant. I have now found a more reasonable priced service and the quality of service superceded the one I have used in the past! Bartenders were phenomenal and prices were so reasonable! Very professional company and Staff! Thank you for making our wedding day such a success!

Amazing service!

Used Wild West Promotions at my wedding and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The bartenders were extremely helpful in all areas and knew what would work best for the convenience of the guest. I am going to use them for all upcoming events I have!

We were required to work with this bartender by our venue. Apparently they have some type of contract. The bartenders themselves were excellent and on-point. However, response time from the owner/manager was consistently terrible throughout the planning and contract phase. We would make several phone calls in a week or send a few emails in a couple weeks and hear back almost a week after that. Their packages have very limited brand/booze options and their bundles are over-priced even if you go a'la carte. We ended up doing a'la carte services and had them providing ice/cups/etc. but stocking the bar ourselves. It was about the same final cost, but we got what we wanted for our guests. My biggest frustration- the contract includes a substantial gratuity, and yet they still put a tip jar on the bar at the event. I didn't make a deal of it because it wasn't worth the battle, but I was mad. I don't mind tip jars in general, but I do mind when you ask my guests to tip you when I already paid you a substantial tip
We're all about trust. Our community relies on honest reviews to help you make those big decisions with ease.
