About Wild Hearts Weddings and Events

Wild Hearts is country wedding venue located in Webster, Florida. Just 40 min North of Tampa. As a new venue, this barn sits on 10 acres of pastures and woodlands. A cute rustic cabin and a barn with all its amenities, the indoor setting of the luxurious barn will delight and surprise you. We are family owned and operated and will treat you just like family .wiling to go above and beyond our services to make your day amazing.

At Wild Heart Weddings we work hard to ensure that your event goes off without a hitch — you’ll enjoy the same level of care that we put into our own events and family functions. Everyone here strives to provide the highest-quality services and the highest attention to detail.

We will work to meet your individualized needs. A staff member will be available to whole day, ensure all farm facilities are picturesque during your event, address any last-minute needs and more!

Basic Barn rental

starting at $2500 up to 100 guest

  • Bridal cabin suite get ready in our Rustic 1930's Bridal Cabin

  • Custom wine bottle with picture of couple on label

  • Custom planning notebook to help plan your wedding

  • Barn use prior to event to decorate for event beginning at 10:00am

  • Ceremony and Reception Time for up to 5 hours we can discuss further depending on event time

  • Use of property for rehearsal day/night before up to 2 hours- (3 hours if paid in full)

  • Custom engraved lock to place your lock on our Forever Wheel

  • Event Liability Insurance

  • Rustic Ceremony arch (choice of 2 or provide your own)

  • Everything from the Basic barn package PLUS:

  • Bridal fruit tray and refreshments while getting ready

  • Barn use prior to event to decorate for event

  • Ceremony and Reception Time for up to 5 hours we can discuss further depending on event time

  • Custom sign at entrance for the Bride and Groom

  • Rehearsal dinner 3 hour

  • Additional use of property for wedding photography if needed

  • Use of Outdoor games (corn hole, jenga, horseshoes, checkers)

  • Hay bales for decorating

  • DJ with Lighting

  • Meeting with our DJ to go over personal music selections

  • Cake 3 layer Butter cream cake with cake plates

Includes of packages 1 & 2 plus

  • This package includes decorating, food, everything to make this a worry free event

  • Bartender: You provide alcohol/beverages, Bartender required if you wish to serve alcohol

  • Additional wooden bar for Bartender

  • Troughs filled with soda

  • Linen napkins

  • Ceramic plates

  • Mason drinking jar for guest wedding favor with chalk label

  • Glassware: Wine glasses or champagne glasses

  • Additional Wedding crew to decorate, help with parking, food services etc.

  • Food catered from one of our vendors Includes 2 meats, 3 sides, dinner roll and/or buns

  • 2 Wild Hearts Servers for dinner

  • Cocktail hors d'Oeuvers fruit and/or meat trays

  • Photographer (2) for up to 6 hours day of event

  • Photographer for 2 hours for save the date/engagement pictures (scheduled based on events)

  • Decorated floral arrangements for archway

  • Cabin porch decorations with signs and floral arrangements

  • Flowers for archway

  • Baby’s breath flower arrangements at each table for centerpieces

  • Buckets and stumps or Sheppard hooks for mason jars or metal buckets filled with White Baby’s breath flowers
