I have a wedding June 6, 2021. I had to make some quick changes on the table arrangements and needed 1224 inch Pilsner vases. I am a florist and ordered glass cubes via Amazon from WGV. They were packaged perfectly so I was shocked that one cube was shattered when I opened it. In just one phone call to an actual, live human being, the issue was resolved 1,000% to my satisfaction! A very pleasant experience! Will order again in the future!

I research products to adnauseaum on the web. I am so suspicious of risky businesses. I pretty much stick to AMAZON due to the low risk of purchase and ease of return. In this case, I couldnt find what I needed and am wise enough to know AMAZON is not always the best value. I was looking for a
specific size glass cylinder vase for my son's rehearsal dinner. How I found WGN INT. was just by luck. I had spoken to several other suppliers who I felt uncomfortable dealing with over the phone NOR did they offer the variety of sizes. Then, Richard w/ WGN, answered my call and was so thorough, patient, and sincerely interested in making sure all of my questions were answered and that my choice met my needs exactly. He even suggested a different size, that after thinking about it, is a better choice and will be more proprotionate for the larger dining tables. I received a great price from a reputable company. In all transparency, I have not received the product to offer a quality review. But, if any issues should arise I feel completely confident they will be dealt with swiftly and fairly; i.e. damage, quality, etc; as promised. PS/ I NEVER EVER write reviews. I have only written (2) in my entire life and the purpose was to warn other consumers concerning my outrageously poor experience with a wayward company. I just liked Richard so much I felt compelled to reward him and his company due to the GREAT initial service I have received so far. I hope this helps others who read it.

I ibex my 4 x 4 4 set of 12 vases. They are beautiful and served my purpose. I had a couple that were damaged and service was amazing and replaced immediately. I felt this was an isolated situation but comforted to know immediately was corrected. I love them and am poking for next project to get some in a different size. For a wedding venue, it’s versatile and reusable. I could see cut roses on a long table as short centerpiece that would be so much better than votive candle. However, a votive candle with clear stones would make a more affordable statement on a small mirror give another WOW factor. Floating candle another idea.
