Exceptional customer service!
I am a florist and ordered glass cubes via Amazon from WGV. They were packaged perfectly so I was shocked that one cube was shattered when I opened it. In just one phone call to an actual, live human being, the issue was resolved 1,000% to my satisfaction! A very pleasant experience! Will order again in the future! -

Glass Hurricane Cylindrical Vases (5" X 12")
I research products to adnauseaum on the web. I am so suspicious of risky businesses. I pretty much stick to AMAZON due to the low risk of purchase and ease of return. In this case, I couldnt find what I needed and am wise enough to know AMAZON is not always the best value. I was looking for a
specific size glass cylinder vase for my son's rehearsal dinner. How I found WGN INT. was just by luck. I had spoken to several other suppliers who I felt uncomfortable dealing with over the phone NOR did they offer the variety of sizes. Then, Richard w/ WGN, answered my call and was so thorough, patient, and sincerely interested in making sure all of my questions were answered and that my choice met my needs exactly. He even suggested a different size, that after thinking about it, is a better choice and will be more proprotionate for the larger dining tables. I received a great price from a reputable company. In all transparency, I have not received the product to offer a quality review. But, if any issues should arise I feel completely confident they will be dealt with swiftly and fairly; i.e. damage, quality, etc; as promised. PS/ I NEVER EVER write reviews. I have only written (2) in my entire life and the purpose was to warn other consumers concerning my outrageously poor experience with a wayward company. I just liked Richard so much I felt compelled to reward him and his company due to the GREAT initial service I have received so far. I hope this helps others who read it. -

Amazing service Amazing product
I ibex my 4 x 4 4 set of 12 vases. They are beautiful and served my purpose. I had a couple that were damaged and service was amazing and replaced immediately. I felt this was an isolated situation but comforted to know immediately was corrected. I love them and am poking for next project to get some in a different size. For a wedding venue, it’s versatile and reusable. I could see cut roses on a long table as short centerpiece that would be so much better than votive candle. However, a votive candle with clear stones would make a more affordable statement on a small mirror give another WOW factor. Floating candle another idea. -

Richard the sales rep was so helpful. He personally measured the inside diameter of the hurricane shades I ordered. Time was also an issue. He got them right out and them came in time. The price was competitive and the quality exceeded my expatiation. I needed over 100 units for candle sticks because the venue required them for safety.Everything was packaged well with no breakage, This is a good company to work with -

I’ve used other glass vase vendors in the past, but until one of them referred me to their “newer, updated” site, wgvi.com, I couldn’t find what I was searching for. I searched long and hard for a trumpet vase for one of my client. I was about to give up when I came across WGV Int'l on the internet. I ordered a 30" trumpet vase and I received it broken. I immediately sent a email with pictures of the broken vase. I received an email and a phone call the same day. WOW, what great and prompt customer service. My sister was having a baby shower and she was in need of some vase and candy jars. I found this place and its wonderful! I went to their location and they have a beautiful showroom full of vases. So clearly organized and easy to find what I wanted. I was able to purchase all the vases on the spot at wholesale prices without being a wholesaler! Needless to say, all the vases were beautiful! I probably would have spent twice as much buying them from downtown.

The customer server staff are so very pleasant, shipped and received very quickly, no damage on arrival. Was very pleased with service and products, Only one thing, I had to ship back and they would not absorbe the ship cost, since i had ordered in the past I was surprised because I never had to return any of my orders, they all shipped as ordered. I ordered 36 tall vases and although 3 of them were broken upon arrival, it was recommended to me by WGV when I placed my order, that I buy the breakage insurance and order early incase some arrive broken which would then allow time for the replacements to come before our event. I did do both those things and I am very glad I did. They were packed very well, but you should expect breakage as a huge possibility when shipping cross country. -
