Whitney was fantastic to work with for our rings. I know that my fiance had a great time working with her and her team to develop the design of the engagement ring. She went above and beyond to help get it right when there was moisture coming into the bezel setting. She never charged us for it. The wedding ring that was designed, based on another ring I had, turned out beautifully - she was so flexible and really took the extra steps to make sure it was perfect. The diamonds that were ordered originally weren't to her liking, so she returned them and ordered more instead of giving us something that was sub-par (which we probably wouldn't have noticed on tiny diamonds on a wedding band anyway). She was also able to order a super sleek stainless steel ring for my fiance. She only works in gold, but she was very flexible about finding something for him that works with his taste. Usually, Whitney and her team are responsive, but some time can lapse between correspondences which was a little worrisome as we got closer to our wedding date. All in all, an amazing jewelry designer and business owner. Would go back in a heart beat for more!!!
