About

Our heartfelt desire is to provide an affordable and classic wedding venue that is limited only by your imagination. Every single decision we have made has been to provide the best wedding experience for you. Because we believe a marriage ceremony should NEVER be rushed, we provide you with 24 hours before your wedding day, your entire wedding day, and five hours the following day to decorate, enjoy your family, and clean up. Our goal is to replace wedding stress with wedding joy. Your wedding day should be filled with love and family, not stress. This is our gift to you as you celebrate the joining of two families. We searched and researched to provide something unique and gorgeous. To provide the best atmosphere for photos, we collaborated with several photographers. This is the reason we chose to have a white interior and face east for optimal lighting and clarity of photos. Because this is the bride’s most important day, we are providing you with a suite for you and your bridesmaids to prepare for your big day. This day is all about the YOU (oh yes, the groom too) and we want to exceed your expectations not just meet them.

We also have a large caterer's kitchen to help your caterer serve you better. Our venue is climate controlled and has two indoor restrooms. The lights in the venue area are all on dimmer switches to create the perfect ambiance to fit your needs. We chose cathedral ceilings in honor of my mom. She always felt that cathedral ceilings looks liked arms going toward heaven. I could not imagine anything more beautiful to be above you as you start your new life with the one you love.

As you go from the lobby to the venue itself, we will have a large barn door that you can close when everyone is present and seated. When the music starts, someone can open that beautiful door as all your bridesmaids and you make your grand entrance. We also offer a rolling bar, so your guests will be served at their table and not have to wait in line.

We have a gorgeous area off our back patio for an outdoor wedding, with creeks running along both sides of the perfect wedding spot.

You will be given access to White Pine Photo Farm the day of your wedding and an hour lease for the entire farm for engagement photos prior to your wedding day. In case you are not familiar with a photo farm (there are only 5 in the country), we provide sets throughout our 16 acres for your photographer to take amazing photos. Pictures of our sets from Christmas last year are shown above. Spring sets will be coming March 20, 2022. They change with each season but one thing remains constant, they are unique and provide the PERFECT backdrop for any photos you wish to take.

Absolutely amazing!

We recommend White Pine Manor to everyone we come across! Everything is always so beautiful! I had to reschedule my wedding and Jo Ann made the experience stress free and completely handled everything, we got married in the glasshouse and it was stunning and absolutely perfect! She made my vision come to life! We will definitely be back for all of our photo needs at the photo farm! Thanks again Jo Ann! You’re the best!!

Awesome!!!

We had our wedding at white pine manor 1-5-23
And was so impressed with Joann , that we booked our reception. ( we couldn’t have it the day of wedding due to family commitments)
for 5-6-23. Which was last Saturday.
Again Joann went above and beyond to make everything perfect. And it was !!!
Would highly recommend White Pine Manor .

My husband has worked for the US Postal Service for over 30 years. I worked with dementia patients and the elderly for the past 30+ years either as a volunteer or as a profession in home health care. I also served as a substitute teacher in our local schools. I could not even imagine myself retiring completely and we have been so blessed, I wanted to give back, so we purchased 16 amazing acres and are building a classic wedding venue that can accentuate any style of wedding!
