One magical month ago, my husband and I got married at this fanatical, incredible venue. The White Pine Manor is simply stunning. The breathtaking venue was an absolute dream come true location nestled at the crossroads of nature, elegance, and rustic romance. It is a space that captures not only everyone’s attention, but captures everyone’s hearts and spirits. It is truly and incredibly beautiful and inspiring space!
My friends and family loved the White Pine Manor’s location as well, and the space easily accommodated the 65 guests we had for the wedding.
I couldn’t tell which area I loved more - the inside or the out! My guests were enchanted by the back wooded area and the front grounds, and spent just as much time outside enjoying themselves as they did warming up inside the barn. The entire space is comfortable and loved, crafted and handled with so much care and attention in all weather and in. every season.
I would recommend White Pine Manor for more than just weddings - every part of this venue shines and there are so many different ways to make it your own. I could absolutely this spaced used for any and all significant events in life! -

Best Venue I Have Ever Seen
White Pine Manor is an absolutely stunning wedding venue that exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is truly special. The breathtaking scenery, impeccable grounds, and beautifully designed spaces created the perfect backdrop for our celebration.
What truly sets this venue apart, however, is the owner. Jo Ann is a remarkable host who goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients shines through in everything she does. She took the time to understand our vision and helped us execute it flawlessly, offering invaluable advice and support throughout the planning process.
Every guest raved about how beautiful the venue was and how smoothly everything went, thanks to Jo Ann. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a grand affair, this venue and its owner will make your wedding’s day unforgettable. We cannot recommend White Pine Manor enough—it truly is a dream come true! -

White Pine Manor was a beautiful setting for our special day. Jo Ann, the coordinator, was a calming presence amidst the pre-wedding nerves, helping to ease our anxiety about the big day. One aspect we appreciated was that decorations were included in the pricing, making the planning process smoother.
The team at White Pine Manor not only provided a clean and stunning venue, but they also went above and beyond to assist us with the setup and takedown of decor, which was a huge relief for us and our families. It was great to have that extra support on such a hectic day.
In the end, White Pine Manor and Jo Ann truly helped make our wedding day special and unforgettable. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist in every way possible were truly appreciated. We would recommend White Pine Manor to any couple looking for a beautiful and accommodating wedding venue. -

9.29.23 The Dream Day
Jo Ann made the entire wedding planning process a breeze! My husband and I are high school sweethearts. We picked our date to be on our 10th dating anniversary, 09.29.23. We booked with her 18 months in advance to our wedding date. Within those 18 months, she regularly checked in with me and my now husband with our plans, our wedding vision and shared updates about the wonderful additions she added to the venue. She truly values your thoughts and questions and understands that wedding planning is not easy. We were planning our wedding while completing our Masters’ degrees, so Jo Ann helped keep us on track with everything. Her guidance played a huge role in the overall outcome and beauty of our wedding day. Her thoughtfulness is visible in every aspect of White Pine Manor. She has an eye for detail and practicality that made a huge difference when she designed the venue. We were blown away with how her mission to help couples make memories while planning their big day and take the stress out of the process. Jo Ann welcomed us regularly to the venue to see our plans come to life and during that time spent with her, she encompassed us with compassion, support and encouragement. These attributes made me begin to refer to her as a fairy godmother. Being around her and watching your wedding come together is a magical process. We are forever grateful for the experience and partnership we shared with her. -

We recommend White Pine Manor to everyone we come across! Everything is always so beautiful! I had to reschedule my wedding and Jo Ann made the experience stress free and completely handled everything, we got married in the glasshouse and it was stunning and absolutely perfect! She made my vision come to life! We will definitely be back for all of our photo needs at the photo farm! Thanks again Jo Ann! You’re the best!! -

We had our wedding at white pine manor 1-5-23
And was so impressed with Joann , that we booked our reception. ( we couldn’t have it the day of wedding due to family commitments)
for 5-6-23. Which was last Saturday.
Again Joann went above and beyond to make everything perfect. And it was !!!
Would highly recommend White Pine Manor .

Fantastic people and venue
I used White Pine Manor for my sorority formal and it was absolutely amazing. Jo Ann is so sweet and easy to work with. She gave us complete freedom to make the space as special to our needs as we wanted. We will definitely be coming back in the future. I could not have asked for a nicer host or a better venue for our formal. -

Easy to work with and stress free
Weddings can be very stressful but when my wedding came, it was anything but stressful. JoAnn was very helpful with decorations, setting the venue and even directing traffic. I would highly recommend The White Pine Manor for any occasion. -

Above and beyond
White Pine Manor is superb! JoAnn has all the wedding decorations you can imagine. She also had the venue completely set up, where we just had to put our little touches! The bridal suite is adorable for the bride and her bridal party! She also has a place for the Groom and groomer. She had lots of snacks for the boys and even a pool table. It is nestled in a sweet country setting. With lots of different photo ops to take to make it just that extra special! I would recommend the White Pine Manor for your wedding or any event you may want or even a few hours for a photo session! -

We had a beautiful fall wedding a few weeks ago at the white pine manor. Every second of it was perfect. The owner even was flexible and helped us to accommodate more guests than expected. Oh my goodness, where do I begin? This vendor and venue were an absolute God send to us!The property is stunningly beautiful!We had everything (and MORE) to bring our only daughter's wedding dreams to fruition!Joann went above and beyond serving us with grace and kindness.She is driven to serve her clients. We felt like our wedding as important her as if it were her own wedding. I honestly cannot say enough about the White Pine Manor as the perfect venue for anyone who wants to have a beautiful, small to medium sized wedding. It was big enough for our needs and small enough for an intimate feeling. Joann has tried to think of everything to make her mission and vision come true! We were even able to have a catered rehearsal dinner in another beautiful on site building. She recommended a wonderful caterer as well! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts White Pine Manor!💜 -
