Joanne at White Orchid was wonderful to work with! She provided beautiful flower arrangements for my daughter ‘s wedding. She was helpful, knowledgeable and was able to work within our budget. I would highly recommend Joanne and White Orchid.

Joanne was referred to me by my MOH (who was referred to her by her sister) and going with her services was one of the best decisions I made during my entire wedding planning process! My only regret is that I didn't contact her sooner!

Joanne not only has the knowledge of flowers necessary for her job, BUT what I found that set her apart from everyone else, is that she has a background in fine arts and an eye for design (which I definitely am lacking)! She helped me figure out what flowers, colors, centerpieces, dresses, and decorations would help tie everything together and communicate the big picture that I had in mind for my wedding.

If what you want is a wedding that is piecemeal-ed together through pinterest pictures, Joanne might not be the best fit for you. However, if you have an idea of the "big picture" that you want your wedding to convey, Joanne has the knowledge, skill, and eye for design to help you fill in the details.

Joanne was great to work with, extremely reasonably priced, communicable, and her work was beautiful! I can't recommend her highly enough!

White Orchid did a wonderful job on our wedding flowers! The flowers were gorgeous and very rich in color. They were very budget conscious when helping us come up with our selection of flowers and how they can be reused from the ceremony for the reception.

Joanne Figuered is a delight & her work is impeccable. I told her what colors I wanted, the items I needed & to make them fun. Joanne did not disappoint! The flowers were gorgeous & everyone commented how unique our arrangements were. Per her suggestion, the floral arrangement used on our ceremony arch was made so that we could remove it and use for the brunch the next morning. If you put your trust in Joanne's vision and talent, your wedding flowers will be exceptional.

Jo Ann provided the most beautiful flower arrangements, and was a joy to work with while planning my wedding. She was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable; my floral arrangements couldn't have been in better hands!

Joanne at White Orchid Floral Studio was a dream to work with. She asks questions to capture your vision, while also being realistic to the time of year and your budget. I tossed out different flower ideas to her and she was able to confirm for me what was in season and what would hold up well in the July heat. Her experience in the floral industry was very attractive to me when selecting a florist because I knew she would be dependable and create beautiful arrangements. Because she runs a smaller shop, you will always get to speak directly to Joanne whenever you have a question or concern. We only had one hiccup on the wedding day...there weren't any wrist straps for the mothers' corsages. The moms were all cool about it and pinned the flowers on to their dresses instead.

She will also work with any budget size, which not all vendors do. I was so happy with my bouquets and other arrangements for the wedding. Definitely check out White Orchid for your Bloomington/Bedford area weddings and events!

The flowers I received from Joanne at White Orchid went beyond my expectations. When I shared my budget with her, her immediate response was "that's a teeny budget," but the second thing she said was "we'll make it work." I expected she might have to cut corners in the types of flowers or size of bouquets, but when we received the flowers, they far exceeded my expectations. She was not only able to provide beautiful bouquets, corsages, etc. for the entire wedding party, but also tasteful decorations for the ceremony. I want to thank Joanne for making me feel like a bride with such beautiful flowers despite a shoestring budget. Her ability to accommodate my requests and actually exceed my expectations within the budget we set was really a wonderful surprise on my wedding day.

Joanne from White Orchid is very knowledgeable about all flowers - so much so that I often wasn't sure which flowers she was referring to in our meetings. She is very direct, but we were very confident that she would get the job done and make sure everything was stress-free the day of the wedding. I tried to describe the bouquet I wanted, but I should have gone in with pictures to show her exactly what I wanted, because the bouquet was different than what I expected on the wedding day. That being said, I would highly recommend Joanne and White Orchid to anyone. In Bloomington, I don't think you can beat the service or the price!
