If you are having a wedding on Whidbey, you need to book Whidbey Party Girls.
Gloria was FANTASTIC!!!! They managed everything in our wedding so gracefully (even a 1/3 mile parade to and from the ceremony site with a live band, a family style dinner and fully outdoor reception! It felt effortless and joyful because Gloria and her team had everything under control!)
We were originally on the fence about getting a wedding planner and we are so grateful we ended up working with Gloria!!! We didn’t know what we didn’t know! She was so helpful from the start, organizing us for equipment, decor and table scape rentals, keeping us on a schedule and helping us with the nuts and bolts of putting together a big event. But most importantly the week of Gloria was a lifesaver!!!! She helped us pivot to a tented dinner when wind was going to be too much for our original “long table” design. She helped us create a stress free plan for all contingencies which made us feel so much less worried about all the “what ifs” of planning a large outdoor wedding. The day of, Gloria and her team were amazing. The whole event felt effortless, streamlined and joyful (only possible with countless hours of work from Gloria and her team)! The entire place was set up beautifully and we had the time of our lives!! Thank you Whidbey Party Girls!!!

One-of-a-kind event planner
After our first conversation with Gloria, we decided to hire her to help plan our wedding. This was by far the best decision we made for our wedding. Gloria is highly organized, thoughtful, and capable in any task she’s given. Her experience and expertise in event planning shows through in everything she does. She was able to achieve our wants for the event with sensible solutions. Gloria is very professional and personable, and my spouse and I know that she puts her all into each event she does. Our guests even commented on how hardworking and dedicated Gloria and her team are! If we had to do it all over again, we’d work with Gloria again in a heartbeat. She truly is amazing and will go above and beyond to make any event an unforgettable, magical experience.

Best Wedding Coordinator of the Century!
I honestly must admit, without Gloria and Whidbey Party Girls I would not have had the wedding of my dreams. Gloria paid attention to every single detail when helping plan this wedding with me, and she hit the nail on the head with every single detail I specifically asked for. If I could give this business 100/10 I gladly would for making my most important day be absolutely perfect and magical. I highly recommend these women for Party planning your next event!!

3 Month Wedding.
We had 3 months to set up our destination wedding. We needed a wedding coordinator. We called up Gloria who took charge and developed a game plan for us. Gloria and her team really took care of us and made our wedding truly special. They created a schedule and kept people on time. They covered everything. I was really shocked with how much they helped. Gloria and her group went above and beyond. I 100% recommend using her and her team. Absolutely solid!!!!

Simply Amazing!
We were trying to plan a rehearsal dinner from afar and quickly realized that it was not going to be easy. Restaurants were not willing to block out a party of our size for the length of time we wanted so... that left us finding a venue, hiring a caterer, as well as an event planner. Based on reviews we quickly chose Whidbey Party Girls and are so thankful we did. Gloria took the reins and created a magical atmosphere for us. I sent her a pin and to our amazement it was recreated to a t. Gloria knew every t to cross and i to dot and left nothing unturned. She also went above and beyond to make sure our day was as stress free as possible. She was simply amazing.... we whole heartedly recommend Whidbey Party Girls!!!

Everything I wanted!
I had a great experience working with Gloria at whidbey island party girls. She was always responsive, every single time I had a question or something extra I wanted to add. I wanted things done my way on my wedding day and she let me take control of all decisions and made everything run so smoothly, organized and it was perfection. She made sure my vision came to life. She was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to certain things i didnt even think of. I couldn't have asked for a better day. I would recommend anyone looking for a wedding planner to use this service!

Whidbey Party Girls provided the best service! Everything was perfect and done very efficiently from booking hotel rooms, providing vendor names and guiding us through the wedding process. Whidbey Wedding dream = Reality!
Enlisting the help of WPG was the best decision we made in planning our Whidbey wedding.
Gloria is a force of nature! She found us the perfect private venue we never would have known about without her. She overcame obstacles and solved problems creatively. She was on top of every detail for the months leading up to the big day, and she worked tirelessly the weekend of the wedding to bring our vision together. Her direct and no nonsense communication style meant we knew when we asked an opinion that we would get an honest answer.
The relationships she has built over the years with venues and vendors are a huge advantage when planning a wedding on the island. She knows the ins and outs of the area and is proud of her community. All of this shows.
If you are looking for someone to take charge and get stuff done, and you want to sit back and just enjoy your day knowing someone else is worrying about the details, we can’t recommend Whidbey Party Girls enough.
