The West Side Ballroom staff went above and beyond to make our reception better than we could have imagined! The food was outstanding...coming from an italian family of long time restaurant owners that's a big thing for us!! The staff (especially Bill) were all so accommodating to all of our wants and needs! I would definitely recommend this venue for anyone who is looking for a great atmosphere and wonderful staff!

West Side Ballroom was an amazing venue for our November wedding. Bill and his staff went out of their way to make sure our set up was just right, that the food was delicious and that we - and our guests - did not have to worry about anything during the reception.

We can't say enough about how delicious the meal was and how generous the portions were. We had a sit down dinner and from the appetizers to the last lick of the plate, we were thrilled with what the kitchen brought out. We appreciated the flexibility of the Ballroom staff work work with our schedule and to make sure that we didn't need to do anything but enjoy our reception.

We would highly recommend the West Side Ballroom to our family and friends.
