Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to the amazing team at Redwood Canyon! We got married July 11th, and from start to finish, everyone on the team (Liv, Ana, Jacoby, Allison, and Simren) were amazing. Simren was our coordinator and I seriously cannot thank her enough for her dedication to making this day perfect. She is so organized and efficient, and from the rehearsal all the way up to the day of- she was on top of it. Everyone in my wedding party couldn't stop talking about how great she was! Everyone on the Redwood Canyon team was so accommodating and answered all of my many questions quickly and with so much knowledge! I had several wedding guests come up to me letting me know how kind and helpful all the staff was! Thank you as well to our banquet captain Jovani and the caterers and bartenders! Seriously every single vendor did an amazing job. There was not a single hiccup the entire day, and if there was, my husband and I had no idea! I can't recommend this venue enough. We toured 4 wedgewood venues in the Bay Area and this is by far the best. Thank you for everything Redwood Canyon- you all gave us the best day ever!

We had such a wonderful experience with the team at Redwood Canyon! We were so close to booking this venue, and honestly, the decision was incredibly difficult. After lots of prayer and thoughtful conversations, we ultimately chose a larger venue that better fit our needs.

Even though we didn’t book here, I can’t say enough about the hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness of the entire team. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions, and made us feel valued every step of the way. They never made us feel pressured and truly cared about helping us find the best fit for our wedding.

If you’re considering Redwood Canyon, I highly recommend taking a tour. The venue is beautiful, and the staff will make you feel so welcomed.

My wife and I had our wedding at Redwood Canyon recently and we were both incredibly happy with how everything turned out. From our first visit, Allison made us feel at ease and helped us plan an awesome wedding. She was also the coordinator during the wedding and did a great job and was prepared and ready for anything. Our banquet captain Jovanni did a great job leading and communicating during the reception. Our DJ Jose also did an amazing job reading the vibe and adapting seamlessly. Everyone involved with making our wedding happen was incredible and super professional. We highly recommend Redwood Canyon by Wedgewood Weddings.

We were especially touched that, despite recently having emergency surgery, she was still there giving her all and taking such great care of us and our guests. We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding at Redwood Canyon by Wedgewood Weddings on May 15th, 2026! We locked in our contract a year and a half in advance, well before the recent remodel, and we were absolutely blown away by how beautiful the finished venue turned out.
The entire team was so organized and supportive throughout the process. I had MANY questions over those 18 months, and they were always responsive, patient, and thorough. Because of their seamless process, the planning was nowhere near as stressful as I had imagined; they truly thought of every little detail so we didn’t have to. For any couples worried about having a wedding at a golf course: don't be! The golfers were super understanding, and it had zero impact on our day.
Our guests are still raving about the food, the drinks, and the music. The buffet provided so much food—in the best way possible—and no one went home hungry! We also opted for the dessert table through their partner bakery in Danville, which was absolutely amazing and left us with plenty of sweet treats to enjoy afterward.
A massive shout-out to our florist, Dana Florals, who made my dreams come true. I changed my mind so many times throughout the process, but she handled every request with grace and executed perfectly; the florals were a huge hit with all of our guests.
Most importantly, we have to talk about our coordinator, Jacoby—she is an absolute rockstar and we cannot recommend her enough! As a Type-A planner myself, I needed someone who 'got it,' and Jacoby truly does. She brought the most incredible, calming energy to both our rehearsal and our wedding day. Even with last-minute changes, I felt zero stress because I knew she had everything under control. She took such amazing care of us, making sure we actually ate and stayed hydrated throughout the night, and my parents couldn't stop raving about her. Our day truly would not have gone as smoothly without her; she is the reason everything felt so effortless!
The team also handled all the setup and teardown, and even packed up our leftovers for us at the end of the night. We also loved their partner DJ, Brian, who truly listened to everything we wanted and kept the energy perfect. If you are looking for a stunning venue with a team that handles all the heavy lifting, I highly, highly recommend Redwood Canyon. It was truly the best day of our lives!

One of the best decisions was to go with Redwood Canyon. It was absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The process was made really easy and the venue staff helped through everything. There is never any miscommunication. They guide you step by step and answer all of your questions and more. The venue itself is beautiful and so is the grounds. Everything is included which is super convenient. I’m very glad to have been a wedgewood bride. My husband and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Great staff, great food, great venue.

Going with Wedgewood at Redwood Canyon was the best decision we have ever made!! I don’t live in the Bay Area, so everything in the planning process - from touring the venue to all the details planning had to be done remotely. Jacoby was our planner and also day-of coordinator, and we cannot not say enough good things about her. From our first meeting to the wedding day, Jacoby was always super helpful, organized, and responsive.

I also appreciate how the whole team stepped in to answer any questions we had if Jacoby was not available. We had an emergency where our original officiant backed out 1 month before the wedding, and the team at Wedgewood was able to find one for us immediately.

Jovanny was our banquet captain on the wedding day, and he was also a total sweetheart! He made sure everything went smoothly until the very end and even boxed up leftovers for us to take home.

I am so glad I found Wedgewood online. Redwood Canyon is a beautiful venue itself - we got so many compliments on the venue choice! There was honestly not a single hiccup I could think of in the whole process, and that’s all thanks to the amazing team at Wedgewood! Keep up the great work guys and thank you for being an awesome partner on our most special day :)

From the initial meeting, the entire Redwood Canyon team was a joy to work with. They were professional, responsive, and patient with all of our (many) questions and requests. They were knowledgeable, resourceful, and flexible - and when you’re stressed out planning the most important event of your life, this is exactly what you’re looking for.

We got so many compliments on the food (thank you Chef Steven, Alberto, and Gricia), the DJ (Quam was so high-energy and engaging), program coordination (shout out to our Coordinator, Ana) and the banquet/decorations (shout out to our Banquet Captain, Aleece, and the banquet team: Ale, Alex, Alexis, Che, Aaron, Jovany, Liz, and Alyssa).

The price was reasonable, the service was spectacular, and the experience was unforgettable.

We are so grateful to Ana, Liv, and team for their incredible help for our wedding reception!!!! They made everything flow so smoothly and the vendors they suggested all came through as well. The day of was a breeze thanks to their coordination. The ballroom was beautiful and the food was excellent. We got the prime rib, chicken parmesan and tortellini and our guests raved about the food afterwards! If you are considering a wedding in this area and want the help of an all inclusive venue like this, Wedgewood is a great option.

We held our wedding reception at Wedgewood Weddings Redwood Canyon in Castro Valley on 08/31/2025, and we are beyond grateful to the entire team for making it such a perfect evening. Planning a reception in a short time frame (we began our first conversation with Ana, our Wedding Planner, on 07/26) could have been stressful, but the Redwood Canyon staff turned it into a smooth and enjoyable experience.

From the start, Ana (Wedding Planner) and Liv (Wedding Coordinator) guided us through every detail and kept us completely at ease. On the day of, Aleece (Banquet Captain) led the flow of the event seamlessly, supported by the banquet team — Jovany, Liz, Brandon, and Alina — who provided warm, attentive service throughout the night.

Steven (Head Chef) and his kitchen team truly outdid themselves — the food was brilliant, beautifully presented, and they even customized one entrée to our needs, which meant so much to us and our guests.

Roberto (Bartender) kept the drinks flowing all night with the top-shelf package. His fast service, great energy, and attention to detail made a huge difference for our guests.

DJ Chris was phenomenal — even though he was new to Indian music, he absolutely nailed it and kept the dance floor alive for nearly three hours straight. The décor team made the room look stunning and created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The photographer captured every moment beautifully, and the photo booth was another highlight — our guests had a blast with it and we’ll treasure those memories forever.

Even behind the scenes, everyone was thoughtful. The security guard was incredibly helpful, professional, and ensured everything outside the venue went smoothly — something we didn’t think about beforehand but appreciated greatly.

From start to finish, the timeline and flow of the evening were perfectly managed. Every last-minute change (including adjustments with tables) was handled with flexibility and care. We walked away with full hearts and endless gratitude.

To anyone considering Redwood Canyon: not only is the venue gorgeous, but the staff are what make it truly exceptional. Thank you to Ana, Liv, Aleece, Jovany, Liz, Brandon, Alina, Steven, Roberto, DJ Chris, the décor team, photographer, and security guard — each of you made our night unforgettable.
