The folks at Wedgewood provide a lot of really great information on their website for how to select the right combination of metal and wood to suit your needs and desires. I was really grateful for their willingness to use whiskey barrel staves that I sent them, so my ring has particular meaning for me. So far the ring is holding up great and I’m getting compliments left and right on the craftsmanship and look of my ring. Definitely make sure you’ve got the sizing right!
