Our pre-wedding shoot was an amazing experience in itself. A special shout-out to Jess, who drove down for four hours to the exact location we had envisioned and spent the day getting to know us, making us feel comfortable in front of the camera. It never felt like a photoshoot, it felt like spending time with a friend who genuinely wanted to capture our story. The entire experience was thoughtfully customized around what mattered most to us.

Our wedding day brought unexpected rain, but the WSS team never let it dampen the experience. Jess and Robin went above and beyond to make sure we still got beautiful photographs, adapting effortlessly while keeping us relaxed and focused on enjoying the day. They were there through every part of the celebration—from capturing quiet moments while we got ready with our families to joining us on the dance floor to document all the joy and energy of the evening. Every interaction with the team felt warm, professional, and genuinely caring.

The attention to detail as well as partnership from the weddings by shooting stars team during our wedding weekend was simply unmatched. We knew we made the right decision from our engagement shoot as those pictures came out stunning. Having a two day wedding got tiring at times and Deepesh (owner) and his team made things fun and kept us going with humor throughout the weekend. They made sure to catch the intimate, thoughtful as well as silly moments, and we can’t wait to see the final product. They take multiple pictures and make sure to capture all of the important people, not just close family. We would recommend them over and over again!

It was a pleasure working with Weddings By Shooting Stars (WSS). From the beginning, the team was highly responsive, especially Sana. They designed a package that perfectly aligned with our needs. It was easy to coordinate our pre-wedding shoot with our main photographer, Mandar. The shoot came out amazing and we got such great feedback from friends and family about those pictures.

Mandar was also our photographer for our wedding weekend (doing the pre-wedding shoot with the same photographer helped him understand our style and we were comfortable working with him.) During such a demanding weekend schedule, he made the photoshoots easy. His skill in posing us allowed us to be fully in the moment and not worried about what we were doing in the photos.

Our videographer, Kartik, also provided very helpful suggestions. Kartik did a great job capturing our ceremony and sangeet performances.

Mandar and Kartik were very fun to be around. It was refreshing to work with them since they kept the mood light and made us laugh during each shoot.

We would highly recommend WSS to anyone looking for high quality photography for their wedding!

We had a great experience working with Weddings by Shooting Stars for our wedding. The team was professional, organized, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They made us and our families feel really comfortable during all the events, which made a huge difference. Loved how the photos and videos turned out. Working with Deepesh was honestly one of the most enjoyable experiences. He’s fun, easygoing, and has a way of making you feel completely comfortable in front of the camera, so nothing ever felt awkward or forced. The energy he brought to every shoot & event made the whole process feel natural and enjoyable.

We got married in Colorado and did a shoot at Garden of the Gods, and Deepesh absolutely nailed it. He found the coolest spots that we never would’ve discovered on our own and knew exactly how to use the scenery to make every shot look stunning. Those photos ended up being some of our favorite pictures from the entire weekend!

The entire WSS team was incredible to work with. Everyone was so warm, helpful, and genuinely excited for us that by the end of the wedding weekend, they honestly felt like family. Even after the wedding, WSS has continued to be amazing — super responsive with edits and feedback on our videos, and always so easy to talk to.

We still go back and look at our photos and videos all the time, and our friends and family constantly rave about the highlight film! ✨

From start to finish, the experience for Weddings by Shooting Stars was exceptional. Sana was very responsive to emails and text messages. We were able to meet the team during our pre-wedding photo shoot months before the wedding, and this helped us to build a nice relationship with them. During the wedding events themselves, we worked with Deepesh, Kani, Cap, and Prathik. They made the experience VERY fun and created a no-stress environment. They have a lot of innovative ideas for photos and videos. One moment that stuck out to me was when I was looking nervous at one of the early events. Kani caught my eye, smiled at me and motioned for me to take a deep breath and relax. That was a very special moment that helped me to enjoy the rest of the events! Each member of the team was extremely respectful and always asked permission before touching the clothing or placing us in a certain pose. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend WSS!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Weddings by Shooting Stars team. From the very beginning of the wedding planning process, they were incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive — always quick to answer emails and accommodate any questions or requests we had.
